Bachelor Pad, to be hosted by Melissa Rycroft and Chris Harrison, will follow 19 fan favorites and some not so favorites from the shows’ past as they compete for $250,000 and a second chance at love.
Each week, the 19 contestants will square off in head-to-head challenges to compete for immunity and the opportunity to go on a date with the contestant of their choice. The winner of the challenge will then grant immunity to one of his or her dates via the presentation of a rose. At the end of each episode, the contestants will vote amongst themselves to determine which cast members will be eliminated from the competition. The show offers the 19 now-single contestants a "second chance" at finding love, something that didn't quite work out the first time around.

DeAnna Pappas and fiancé, Stephen Stagliano
DeAnna and Stephen (Michael's twin) met through The Bachelor contestant, Holly Durst. DeAnna said of Stephen and their relationship: "He is very romantic and we love to cook together. He made me an Iranian chicken dish the other night. We're totally normal people." Stephen says: "We're dorks. We like play boardgames and stuff."

"Being back for Bachelor Pad is definitely exciting and the anticipation of watching it with friends is thrilling. This series of The Bachelor and Bachelorette is completely different than what we've all come to expect of the show. There isn't one man or woman with 25 suitors pursuing them for love. Now you have the element of a very large cash prize, and we're not strangers to one another. We're all friends and some of us have had past romantic relationships. So emotions will run very high, friendships and bonds will be put to the test and drama will ensue.
I think the audience and fans of the show will be extremely addicted even more with all of the romantic and dramatic twists and turns surrounding the challenges and dates. If I were to pick one of the men from within the house for a date, I would most likely choose Wes. He's not the villain everyone thinks he is. Just watch. Wes will surprise everyone.
One of the best things I walked away with from being on The Bachelor was the friendships with all of the girls from my season. I keep in touch with all of them. Molly and Jason are incredible people and I feel blessed to have them as friends. They are extremely happy & love being husband and wife.
As far as "what's next" for me once Bachelor Pad has ended, I'm not sure. I'm a regular girl from Chicago who entered in to this Bachelor world just wanting to meet a really nice guy and to see if love could be found. I don't regret anything I've done or said for either The Bachelor or Bachelor Pad. I was myself the entire time. And regardless of what the audience will "see" the people that matter most in my life know the real me and that's all that counts.
Like most people I'm still open to love. I think its worth waiting for, fighting for and holding on to. I'm not going to rush it or settle for less than my heart's happiness. So until I do find that special someone I'm happy with life as it is."

Kasey Kahl proudly showing off the "guard and protect your heart" tattoo he got during The Bachelorette to prove to Ali Fedotowski how serious he was about her. Unfortunately for Kasey, Ali sent Kasey home the same week she found out about the tattoo. Actually, she didn't send him home; she left him standing alone atop a glacier in Iceland as she and Justin (who was later found to have not one but two girlfriends back home) flew away together. Ouch.
Jessie Sulidis and current Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky became friends while they were both vying for Jake Pavelka's heart on the last season of The Bachelor. Jessie was the one who called Ali on The Bachelorette to warn her that Justin Rego aka "Rated R" had two girlfriends back home.
And as you recall, Michelle Kujawa was portrayed as the token unstable contestant on the show that season and was asked by Jake to leave when things became awkward between the two of them after their first and only kiss.
I asked Jake Pavelka today if he had any comments about Michelle and he had nothing but positive things to say about her. "Michelle was extremely misunderstood. I mean, put yourself in her situation. She had to fight for a guy against 24 other women just as pretty and great as she is. It was a hard situation to deal with."

Craig Robinson, Hunter Wagner, Jesse Beck, and the rest of the male cast of the current Bachelorette season arrive in two vans - my guess is they were all taping the Men Tell All Special and all came to the Red Carpet together after that taping was over. Interesting note: Justin Rego and Frank Neuschaefer were missing from the Red Carpet. I wonder if they will be at the Men Tell All Special which airs Monday.
