Mary J. Blige made a special appearance at Nordstrom at The Grove in Los Angeles today to launch her new sunglasses collection, Melodies by MJB.
Fans lined up for hours to take pics with the lovely MJB! And Mary took time to hug and greet each fan! Way to go Ms. Blige!

Christina Aguilera has broken her silence on her recently-filed divorce from her husband of 5 years, Jordan Bratman.
Oh, no, not TV’s favorite mom, Mrs. Brady! And not on TV-theme night! But alas, it was Florence Henderson who was voted off of Dancing with the Stars during Tuesday night’s elimination show after dancing to the theme of The Brady Bunch.
Florence and her partner, Corky Ballas actually got decent scores on Monday night from the judges, but it appears the fans did not dial in and Florence became the fifth star to leave the show.
After learning she was to leave, Florence said: “I have been in TV for over 50 years, and I have to say in all honesty that this is one of the best-produced shows I’ve ever been on.
“I’ve loved this show since it began. I think it’s just a tremendous show. I hope I’ve inspired people to get up off their behind and move and dance and live and enjoy life.”

This past Saturday, I attended “an exclusive day of Beauty, Health and Wellness” planned by the LA Times Magazine and held at the scenic Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes.
The day was filled with well-known guest speakers from Dr. Susan Love, to Tracy Anderson, to Katherine Schwarzenneger, to the entire cast of The Doctors (Dr. Travis Stork, Dr. Lisa Masterson, Dr. Jim Sears, Dr. Drew Ordon) to NFL star, Terrell Owens, each speaking on varied topics such as breast cancer awareness, body image and identity, health advice, and beauty prescriptions.

But, in case you don’t mind, below is the trailer for The Fighter, based on the early years of boxer “Irish” Micky Ward and his brother who helped train him before going pro in the mid 1980s.
The Fighter is directed by David O. Russell, of Spanking the Monkey, Flirting with Disaster, Three Kings, and I Heart Huckabees.
Paramount is bringing The Fighter to limited theaters starting on December 10th with an expansion the following week. The movie also stars Amy Adams and Christian Bale.
NOT a happy day. Tom Bosley, Richie Cunningham’s lovable father on the hit ’70sand ’80s TV show Happy Days, died Today in Palm Springs of a staph infection, TMZ reports. He turned 83 on Oct 1st.

Happy Days co-star Henry Winkler was deeply saddened by the news, telling an L.A. morning news radio show, “I’m in shock, I really am. I spoke to him just a few weeks ago, and he seemed to be getting his strength back.”
Bosley is survived by his second wife, Patricia Carr, and daughter, Amy. His death follows the passing of another iconic TV parent, Leave It to Beaver mom Barbara Billingsley, who died over the weekend.
Kanye West‘s upcoming My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album art is too spicy for retail stores, reports Kanye himself via Twitter:
“Yoooo they banned my album cover!!!!!” he Tweeted. “Banned in the USA!!!”
The artwork is very small, but features West as a nude, fanged-being with a green bottle in hand while a Caucasian winged-humanoid with wings and a polka-dotted tail straddles him.
Kanye’s Twitter rant continued, “They don’t want me chilling on the couch with my phoenix! So Nirvana can have a naked human being on they [sic] cover but I can’t have a PAINTING of a monster with no arms and a polka dot tail and wings.”
George Condo, the artist behind Kanye’s Power music video, created the new album cover.
Truth be told, the album cover is not really banned despite Kanye’s Twitter rants.
Popeater.com reports that Kanye’s record label (Universal Music Group’s Island Def Jam) instead “strongly urged” Kanye not to use the artwork, but was ultimately told that “if he wanted to do it, the label would stand behind him.”
But after discussions about his album possibly not being showcased at places like Walmart, Best Buy and Target due to the graphic artwork, it was Kanye who reconsidered.
“In all honesty … I really don’t be thinking about Wal-Mart when I make my music or album covers.” Kanye wrote. He continued, “I wanna sell albums but not at the expense of my true creativity.”
The album is scheduled to drop November 22.
Anne Hathaway, the Oscar-nominated star, can finally laugh at her past life with ex-boyfriend Raffaello Follieri. If that name sounds familiar it’s because that is the guys Hathaway dated for four years…that is until he was convicted of defrauding investors out of millions of dollars.
On what would be a relationship deal breaker:
