VIDEO: Shia LaBeouf Gets Beat Up In Vancouver

Shia LaBeouf was beat up by a shirtless, hairy man on a Vancouver sidewalk last week and TMZ has the video footage which you can watch below.

No one knows what started the fight but TMZ reports that Shia first got into it with the man inside a bar called Cinema Public House. Supposedly, the both got kicked out of the bar and the fight seems to have continued until stopped by a man on crutches.

When Shia tried to run after his attacker, someone stopped him, telling him, “You gotta lay low right now!”

A rep for Cinema Public House told TMZ that Shia has been a regular at the bar since he’s been in town to shoot The Company You Keep.

Transformers: Dark Of The Moon Sets Box Office Record…Without Megan Fox

Looks like Shia LaBeouf does not need Megan Fox by his side to shatter box office records. Transformers: Dark of the Moon set a 4th of July weekend record with an estimated $97.4 million in ticket sales from Friday to Sunday. Its four-day earnings estimate is at $116.4 million. The movie’s total ticket sales since its Tuesday-night preview opening is a staggering $181.1 million. The previous record for the Independence Day three-day weekend record was set by Spider-Man 2 which brought in $88.2 million.

On the other end of the spectrum was another new release, Selena Gomez‘ Monte Carlo, which fizzled at the box office. The movie made only $8.8 million with a reported budget of $20 million. If sales do not pick up, this will be Gomez’s second straight box-office disappointment after 2010’s Ramona and Beezus.

Here are the top 10 movies for the four-day July 4 weekend:

1. Transformers: Dark of the Moon, $116.4 million, $181.1 million total to date

VIDEO CLIP OF THE DAY: Selena Gomez Runs Away Upon Meeting Shia LaBeouf

VIDEO CLIP OF THE DAY.

Here is a cute story of a celeb getting all starry eyed and red-cheeked when meeting another celeb.

In the video clip below, Selena Gomez is tricked into meeting her celebrity crush, Shia LaBeouf.
“Oh my gosh,” Gomez shrieks and runs out of LaBeouf’s dressing room when she realizes she was dooped into believing she was instead meeting with a fan. “I admire you. Very nice to meet you.'”
Gomez tells her tricksters: “You guys suck. You used my fans as bait. Oh my god, he’s so handsome.”
Justin Bieber, you better watch out – any man with a French last name is definitely stiff competition.
