Demi Moore has checked into rehab, according to E!
The 49-year-old actress has chosen the Cirque Lodge addiction treatment center in Sundance, Utah as a place to recover a week after she was hospitalized after experiencing seizure-like symptoms.
“She’s on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people,” a source told E!

Demi Moore graces the February cover of Harper’s Bazaar and inside the issue, the 49-year-old actress opens up about her body image and relationships.
The beautiful mother of three also speaks candidly about her recent weight loss: “I have had a love-hate relationship with my body. When I’m at the greatest odds with my body, it’s usually because I feel my body’s betraying me, whether that’s been in the past, struggling with my weight and feeling that I couldn’t eat what I wanted to eat, or that I couldn’t get my body to do what I wanted it to do.”
Good thing is that Demi also believes that living life in the moment is what freedom is all about. “Letting go of the outcome. Truly being in the moment. Not reflecting on the past. Not projecting into the future. That’s freedom. Not caring more about what other people think than what you think. That’s freedom.”
