NEW YORK – November 5, 2012 – The Atlanta ladies add a little extra spice this season as “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” scorches ratings records, earning the network’s highest-rated season premiere ever among total viewers, according to Nielsen. Sharon Osbourne Reveals She Had a Double Mastectomy

Sharon Osbourne has revealed that she had a preventative double mastectomy to safeguard her health.

The former ‘America’s Got Talent‘ judge made the decision to go under the knife after she found out she carries a gene which increases the risk for breast cancer.

Sharon said:

“I didn’t want to live the rest of my life with that shadow hanging over me… the odds are not in my favor. It’s not ‘pity me,’ it’s a decision I made that’s got rid of this weight that I was carrying around.” Continue reading →

Britney Spears has started talks with HarperCollins to pen a book. But not just any book. The X Factor judge will be writing a novel, possibly a fiction based on her life experiences.

If the deal goes through, Brit will be following in the footsteps of Lauren Conrad and Snooki — both of whom recently wrote fictionalized accounts of their real-life experiences.

Jersey Shore Cast reunites for fundraiser

Jersey Shore maybe canceled as a show but the cast of the MTV reality series is getting back together one more time to help the network raise funds for victims of Hurricane Sandy.

The fundraiser will be a live one-hour special with celebrity guests including the entire Jersey Shore cast to help New Jersey relief efforts. Last Week’s Hurricane Sandy demolished Seaside Heights where the hit-MTV show was filmed and the cast is reuniting to help rebuild their summer hometown.  Continue reading →

Jersey Shore star Nicole Snooki Polizzi spent her Saturday morning posting photos of herself and her two-month-old son Lorenzo on Instagram.

The new mom is seen makeup free and without her signature false lashes and pouf.

Simply captioned, “Mommy & son,” the photo captures a sweet moment between the two.

Snooki then posted a solo photo of Lorenzo with the caption, “My life. I f–king love him so much. I’m not just saying this cause he’s my son, but he is the PERFECT little man. I’m a lucky mommy,” she wrote. Continue reading →

Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together - Season 2012

NBC aired its Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together benefit telethon Friday night to raise money for victims of the natural disaster hitting most of the East Coast earlier this week.

The hour-long and commercial-free broadcast paraded a slew of celebrities donating their collaborative time for the effort. Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, Jon Bon Jovi, Mary J. Blige, Billy Joel and Christina Aguilera were among the many who helped raise donations for American Red Cross hurricane relief efforts. Continue reading →
