Kim Kardashian‘s pregnancy with Kanye West came as a surprise for the reality star. Kardashian shared her previous struggles with fertility on The Today Show Tuesday when she and sister Kourtney appeared as guests.

“Khloé [Kardashian Odom] has been very open about her fertility issues and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine, and I have similar issues, and so it was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens. That’s an exciting moment. You can’t plan for things like that. So I think it’s just such a blessing knowing my circumstances.”

Kim revealed that her due date is some time in July.

Now, does the impending lil baby West mean that Kim s ready to walk down the aisle again — that is, when her divorce to Kris Humphries is finally a done deal?

“[Marriage is] something that [Kanye and I] talk about,” Kim said. “But I think just right now [we’re] focusing on the baby,” she said. “What I’ve learned in life is—I was always such a planner, and, you think your life is going to be a certain way, and the best surprises just happen when you don’t plan.”

Now, back to that pesky lingering divorce proceedings from Kris Humphries. “I can’t speak for anyone else [about why Kris hasn’t signed],” Kim said. “It’s a process.” All Kim knows for sure is that she’s “so content with how things are and how life is.” “We’re so happy,” Kim gushed.
