Ike Lochte, the proud mother of Olympic swimming champ Ryan Lochte, does not mince words. When it comes to the dating life of her son, she calls it like she sees it.

“He goes out on one-night stands,” Ike said of her 27-year-old son. “He’s not able to give fully to a relationship because he’s always on the go.”

In case some hopeful women still think they can change Ryan, Ike emphasized “[Ryan’s] so warmhearted that I don’t think he’d want to have a relationship with somebody,” adding, “I don’t think he wants to get into a relationship.”

I’m pretty sure Ike meant Ryan’s warm-blooded, not warmhearted. But regardless, she explains “It just wouldn’t be fair to the girl. He doesn’t have time.”
