American Idol is aired its Top 5 to Top 4 eliminations results show tonight, May 3, 2012.
In a shocking turn of events, Skylar Laine was eliminated and voted off!
Last night, Skylar sang Fortunate Son by Creedence Clearwater Revival and You Don’t Have To Say You Love Me by Dusty Springfield. The judges loved both performances. Jennifer Lopez called her fearless and a natural stage performer and said her songs were so good, she could win this whole thing. Steven Tyler said music loves Skylar. Randy Jackson went so far as to say CCR would be proud of her performance of their song.
