If you think sweet Britney Spears is bringing a softer, kinder side to The X Factoropposite the ever-harsh Simon Cowell, think again because it looks like the pop star has actually taken a page or two out of Cowell’s blunt judging tactics.

In the first official footage we have of the upcoming and second season of the Fox hit TV show, Spears is seen ripping into contestants.

“You can’t destroy that song sweetie,” Britney tells one X Factor hopeful while telling another, “Very predictable.” And she doesn’t stop there. “Bad to the bone,” is what another unfortunate hopeful hears.
