The Bachelor starring Ben Flajnik airs its eighth episode of the season February 20, 2012. We are down to the four hometown dates with Kacie B. (Clarksville, TN), Courtney (Scottsdale, AZ), Lindzie (Ocala, FL) and Nicki (Hurst, TX).

HOMETOWN DATE WITH LINDZI
Lindzi gets the first date in her hometown of Ocala, Florida. The two start the date with a carriage ride and then have lunch in a park. She opened up to Ben about a previous relationship–one which she thought she was going to marry her ex.Lindzi then takes Ben to meet her parents. They tell Ben that they got married at the City Hall in San Francisco where Ben and Lindzi had their first date and Ben sees this as a sign. Lindzi’s dad and Ben go out for a carriage race with their ladies riding with them. Ben loses so he had to pull the parents’ carriage back.

Lindzi’s mother says she likes Ben, but doesn’t want to see her daughter’s heart broken again but said they would welcome Ben into the family if the two get married.HOMETOWN DATE WITH KACIE B.
Clarkesville, Tennessee is Kacie B.’s hometown where a marching band greets Ben in. And there is Kacie herself, twirling her baton. The field where this takes place is named after Kacie’s grandfather. Kacie tells Ben that her father doesn’t drink so, Ben’s job may be a hard point to swallow for her dad. 

HOMETOWN DATE WITH NICKI
Ben went to Fort Worth, Texas to meet Nicki’s family.  The last man she brought home, she married. The two hit up a boot shop to buy local attire. Afterward, they went to a park, drank wine and talked about her marriage.

Nicki’s mom likes Ben a lot and even says she has a better connection wit Ben than she did with  Nicki’s first husband. Her father has some reservations about her getting married again but she reassures him that she wants to know all that there is to know about Ben before going forward.

HOMETOWN DATE WITH COURTNEY
For his last date, Ben goes to Courtney’s hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona to meet her family. She finally says that it makes her sad that she treated some of the girls the way she did but that he’s worth it. She also says that she’s falling in love with Ben. Well, she says she “like-loves” Ben. Courtney’s mother is skeptical.

Courtney’s father tells Ben that marriage is a gamble and asks him if he’s ready to take that bet. Courtney meanwhile tells her mother that she’s falling for Ben. Courtney takes Ben to a place where chairs are set up for a wedding. She brings out notebooks to write vows and even has rings ready. Ben and Courtney go to the altar and read vows to each other. Courtney tells Ben that she loves him.

ROSE CEREMONY:

Nicki, Courtney and Lindzi get roses.

WHO GOT SENT HOME AND ELIMINATED:
