PHOTOS: Fun With The Original Dr. McDreamy... Rick Springfield

SPOTTED: Rick Springfield, the original Dr. McDreamy (General Hospital's Dr. Noah Drake), was at Barnes & Noble at The Grove in Los Angeles Tuesday July 19 for a fan meet and greet and book singing of his New York Times bestselling memoir, Late, Late at Night.

Of course Jessie's Girl, Affair of the Heart, and I've Done Everything for You was playing in the background as hundreds of fans got a chance to meet this rockstar/actor idol of theirs.

Rick describes the cruise as a 5-day nonstop party, where he will be extremely accessible to all of his fans on board.

“They meet me walking down the halls," he told The Huffington Post. "I walk into [the] piano bar with a glass of wine and do a set at 2:00 am in the morning. I will play for an hour and a half. We go swimming and to the beach.”
