“Because I have brown hair and a low voice, I would get cast as dry, sarcastic, ironic people, which I can do, but it’s just not my sense of humor. I’m a very positive person. I get excited easily, and I like to jump around.”

On being bullied in school:

In high school, “Girls spit in my face, people were so mean to me, I’d cry every day.” Zooey then attended college at Northwestern University, but nothing changed. “None of these people understand what’s cool about me. My specialness is not appreciated in this place.”

Miss Wisconsin, Laura Kaeppeler was crowned Miss America 2012 during a live show from Las Vegas on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012.

Miranda Lambert Excited To Make Acting Debut

Country singer Miranda Lambert is making her acting debut as a victim on an upcoming episode of NBC’s Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Lambert herself Twitted the big news:

“Y’all, I’m so freaking excited to be on my favorite show ever!!!”

The episode will air next season and Lambert will play an actress who is assaulted by a reality television producer who will be played by Michael McKean (Spinal Tap, Laverne & Shirley).
