Jennifer Lawrence’s Catching Fire Salary Irks Male Co-Stars

Jennifer Lawrence got herself a huge pay raise for The Hunger Games sequel: The actress who made $500K for the original flick has secured a $10 million salary for Catching Fire. Now, that’s girl power!

Her male co-stars Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson are not so happy about the news and per Radar Online “are demanding more money to appear in the Hunger Games sequel.”

“Liam and Josh got wind of Jennifer’s significant pay raise and they want more money to appear in the second movie of the tetralogy,” Radar reports. “They’re aware she plays a bigger role in the films, but they want a little more than the $2 million they were each offered.”

Josh and Liam would like $5 million each — which seems like a fair request given the guaranteed success of the flick. What do you guys think? Are these stars being greedy or a bit too envious?
