DWTS’ Audrina Patridge & Tony Dovolani Interview W/Extra– EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS & VIDEO

Audrina Patridge, one of the four original primary cast members featured on the MTV reality series, The Hills, will be coming into your homes every Monday and Tuesday starting September 20 as one of the celebrity contestants on this season’s Dancing with the Stars.


Audrina made her debut on the big screen last fall in the thriller Sorority Row. Other film credits include the action-adventure film Into the Blue 2 and Honey 2.

On DWTS, Audrina is partnered with Tony Dovolani and the pair, known as Team TorinA, were interviewed by Mario Lopez of Extra.  CelebMagnet has exclusive videos and behind-the-scenes photos of that interview here but be sure to also tune in to Extra so you see the interview in full!

When Mario asked Audrina how she feels about the impending start of Dancing with the Stars, Audrina said: “I’m excited. I’m nervous. I’m scared. I have all these emotions running, but I am more excited than anything else.”

Audrina and Tony’s first dance will be the Cha Cha Cha, choreographed to Katy Perry’s California Gurls. Audrina said about the song choice, “It is fun and upbeat. I’m ready”

When asked how she feels about other DWTS cast members, Audrina was quick to say: “We love Florence Henderson!”

As to their biggest competitors, Tony pointed out Brandy, Rick Fox and Florence Henderson.
Mario asked Audrina what she does with her time after rehearsals and Audrina was quick to respond: “I go home, I soak my feet, I eat, I go to bed, thats all I do.”

I wouldn’t be able to tell a Snooki apart from The Situation if I ran into them on the street – having never watched a single episode of the popular MTV show, Jersey Shore. But I know I am in rare company when it comes to knowing all about this latest crop of reality stars turned into instant celebrities.

Long-time celebrities such as Kanye West and David Beckham reportedly are huge fans of these reality stars and per the cast in the video below, each of those two celebs has asked the Jersey crew for their pictures.

Mario Lopez of Extra interviewed the Jersey Shore crew at The Grove (a popular shopping and celebrity hot spot in Los Angeles) today – and no questions were left unanswered!

The cast talked about their thoughts on The situation’s stint on Dancing with the Stars; Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi talked about her relationships with Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino and the man who proposed to her and she spoke her mind on being called a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe” by the judge trying her disturbance case; Ronnie Ortiz-Magro answered if he and Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola are still together, and all answered how they feel about other stars being addicted to Jersey Shore.

Paparazzi Catches Dancing With The Stars Cast After Rehearsals [Video]

The cast of Dancing with the Stars seem to be the only celebrities which consistently seem to enjoy the spotlight of Paparazzi.

Here are Michael Bolton, Rick Fox, Bristol Palin, Mark Ballas, Derek Hough, Chelsie Hightower, Cheryl Burke, Tony Dovolani, and others heading into and out of rehearsals.

DWTS premieres Monday, September 20 on ABC.

Dancing with the Stars cast celebrated the upcoming season last night at STK in Los Angeles.

Rehearsals have already begun, but the show will not premiere on ABC until Monday, September 20.

Who is you favorite on the cast this year? My guess is Jennifer Grey, who is partnered with last year’s winner, Derek Hough, will be the front runner this season.

    Jake Pavelka Speaks About His Future Plans And How Twitter Sold Him Out in Hawaii

      The other day, my friend and I were having a quiet lunch at Chipotle at The Grove when I noticed a cute blonde guy sitting by himself at the next table. At closer look, I noticed it was Jake Pavelka of The Bachelor and Dancing with the Stars! Jake remembered me from our random previous meetings so he became extremely talkative. Vienna Girardi (the girl he picked on The Bachelor and who is now his fiance) was out of town, and I guess he was only too happy to have two new sets of ears in her absence 🙂
    He told us he is looking to buy a home in Los Angeles for him and Vienna but will also keep the home they share in Dallas to be able to get away from the craziness of LA whenever they need to. Apparently Vienna isn’t too fond of LA yet. Jake said he is going to continue with his real job, piloting planes, and he can do that from anywhere even though he is based out of Georgia. 
    Funny story he shared with us: He still doesn’t get that he is famous! He and Vienna were recently vacationing in Hawaii and made the mistake of saying on Twitter where they were staying. Jake says, “I wanted my family and friends to know.” Guess Jake forgot about the Paparazzi who are following him on Twitter. Next thing you know, the Paparazzi were swarming them. So Jake just walked up to one and said, “Here we are, go at it.” After he told this story, Jake asked me, “So, what do you do for a living?” “Oh Jake. I am a celebrity blogger.” He chuckled but didn’t flinch. I promised him I would not write about any of the sensitive stuff he had already shared, and I keep my word; my lips are sealed!
    Ladies – in case you are wondering: Jake is even cuter in person. He is also extremely friendly–must be that Dallas charm; he is quite the gentleman. Read this to find out what Vienna had to say about him last time I met her. By the way, the picture here is from a previous meeting between Jake and me. Let the record show that Jake does not wear glittery shirts to Chipotle.

    Yesterday, I introduced my good friend, actress Melissa Ordway (17 Again; The Last Song, Melrose Place) to Aiden Turner (All My Children and Dancing with the Stars).  Melissa’s mom loves Aiden (what female doesn’t?) and Melissa took a picture with Aiden for her mom to make her happy. What happened next was quite charming.     What do Hollywood celebrities do on a long weekend? Seems like a ton of them run out of town and head east to Vegas. I know the cast of Dancing with the Stars is there celebrating the dual birthdays of Mark Ballas and Cheryl Burke at Tao. This is what another celebrity whom you may have heard of says about her time in Vegas this weekend on her Twitter account:

    Paris Hilton: Back in my room getting ready for the night. I love The Mirage Hotel. My room has it’s [sic] own pool, jacuzzi, yard and mini golf putting green.

    Nicole Scherzinger & Derek Hough On Dancing With The Stars

      In honor of the season finale of Dancing with the Stars tonight, I am posting a video of my favorite dance routine this season of the couple I predict to win it all.

    Why do I think Derek and Nicole will win? Because not only can they dance, these two also have incredible chemistry on AND off the dance floor. I have seen the pair a few times around town when they come out to support their friend and fellow DWTS co-star, Mark Ballas, at Mark’s music gigs. The two are extremely playful with each other and cannot stop laughing at each other’s jokes.

    Nicole is extremely animated; she can’t sit still. She often jumps on stage with Mark as Mark is singing, giving him kisses or flowers. Here is a very dark celebrity photo of Nicole dancing to one of Mark’s original songs…My camera was acting like a diva that night and wouldn’t take a good picture. Sorry Nicole, you are way too beautiful for my camera.

    So, sit back, relax, and watch this video and remember to tune in tonight to the final results show on ABC. One thing is for sure about tonight’s finale; at least we know no one will die, unlike gut-wrenching finales of other shows so far this season.

    Chad Ocho Cinco Is A Sad Sad Man Tonight….Very Sad…

    The first time I met Chad Ocho Cinco, my immediate impression of him was that he is a man who carries the weight of the world on his shoulders. That impression still has not changed after a few follow-up encounters. I can tell you that Chad has loved his tenure on Dancing with the Stars and has developed a special bond and relationship with his dancing partner, Cheryl Burke.Every single time I have been around Chad, he has called Cheryl to tell her about whatever he found funny at the moment. His ouster from Dancing tonight has left Chad in an apparent state of mess. Take a look at his Tweets immediately after the show’s end:

    @cherylburke1 baby girl I’m so sorry I let you down, I’m used to dancing in the endzone not the dance floor, my apologies 🙁 
    Due to the emotional state that I’m in, I now declare this a state of the emergency situation, reality is kickin in.
    Damn now what do I do? I feel empty as f$%# damit!! Breathe Ocho, *tears* from Liberty City to DWTS, what a journey.

    WHAT DO YOU MEAN CHAD, “…now, what will I do?” YOU KNOW exactly what you will do Chad. Your loss of Dancing and Cheryl will soon be forgotten by your next endeavor: You, Chad, will be appearing on your own dating reality show. Remember, the show you agreed to star in on VH-1, starting in July. Here is the press release on the reality show:

    Cincinnati Bengals star wide receiver Chad Ocho Cinco (formerly Chad Johnson) is using his off-season to pursue happiness off the field in his new VH1 reality show The Tournament (working title).  The series is a mix of Ocho Cinco’s on-field charisma blended with the drama of the dating pool played out in a bracket-style dating tournament.  The 10 episode, one-hour series is set to premiere in July 2010.…The Tournament will start with Ocho Cinco finding his “first 85″ by traveling all over the country meeting women that may be interested in dating him.  Then, during the first episode, he will narrow the playing field down to the sweet sixteen – four women from each of the four regions of the country – Northern, Western, Southern and Central Divisions. The sixteen chosen women will be invited to join Ocho Cinco for the rest of the tournament-style dating competition. Once the competition begins, Ocho Cinco will follow a tournament bracket where each of the ladies will have an opportunity to spend quality time with him while also facing off against one another in double-dates.  The winner of each dating face-off will receive a game ball from Ocho Cinco and move on to the next round of the tournament, while the loser goes home.  Ultimately the sweet sixteen will be narrowed down to eight and then the final four.  In the end, the championship date between the two remaining women will result in Ocho Cinco awarding his chosen love the coveted Championship Ring. Hopefully, she turns out to be his greatest catch this season!

    Oh boy, a bracket?? Now, I’m a bit confused. I thought Chad played professional football, not college basketball.
