Angus T. Jones Apologizes For Outburst Against Two & A Half Men; Charlie Sheen Blames Chuck Lore

Angus T. Jones has apologized for a video he made which has since gone viral trashing his show Two and a Half Men and referring to it as “filth”.

The actor has since issued this statement: “Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on Two and a Half Men with whom I have worked and over the past ten years who have become an extension of my family.” Continue reading

VIDEO CLIP OF THE DAY.

The new cast of CBS’ Two and a Half Men were on Thursday night’s Late Show with David Letterman to present their collective “Top Ten Reasons To Watch the New Season of Two and a Half Men.”

Newbie Ashton Kutcher appeared alongside series originals Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones. “This [season premiere] is going to be huge thanks to Charlie Sheen,” Letterman joked before the Top Ten segment began.  “I mean, he did all the heavy lifting on this one, boy.”

Like any good Top Ten list before it, the jokes ran the gamete from Cryer presenting #8: “I need to pay for a really big new house” to “This season we’ll reveal who the mother is” at #6.  My fave line: Kutcher’s threat at #7: “If you don’t, I’ll make Dude, Where’s My Car? 2.

What’s Ashton Kutcher Telling Us By Stripping?

HMMMMM…People keep asking me, “What role will Ashton Kutcher play on the upcoming season of Two and a Half Men?” Well, I have no idea because the show has kept things pretty much under wraps.

Until now…well, they’re still keeping some things under wrap but have unveiled the above ad campaign which looks like a PETA ad.

Joined by his co-stars, Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones, Kutcher strips naked to pose with a sign declaring “All will be revealed 09.19.11”

I don’t know what this is supposed to tell us – other than to expect more raunchy comedy despite Charlie Sheen having been replaced by the more clean cut Kutcher.
So, I guess we will have to wait and see what happens on 9.19.11.

Charlie Sheen’s ‘Two And A Half Men’ Character To Be Killed Off In A Fiery Death

TMZ reports that Chuck Lore wants to make sure that Charlie Harper, Charlie Sheen‘s now defunct Two and a Half Men character, will never be able to return to the sitcom by making Harper meet a horrific death on the show.

The show will not start filming until August 5 but the producers have already discussed various death scenarios including Charlie driving a car over a cliff.

Ashton Kutcher is joining the cast –As what character, we don’t know for sure but a rumor says he buys Charlie’s house after Charlie is six feet under.
But, wait, does that mean Jon Cryer and the kid come with the house? Sorry Angus T. Young, you’ve probably outgrown the “kid” status by now. Rather than Ashton being a house purchaser, it would make more sense to me that Charlie left the house to all three of them.

Ashton Kutcher Has His First Argument With Two And A Half Men Cast

Ashton Kutcher just tweeted the first unofficial cast photo with his Two and a Half Men costars Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones. The caption read, “first cast argument 2.5 men.” Love the jokester.

Kutcher had previously said, “I can’t wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented ‘2.5’ team and I believe we can fill the stage with laughter that will echo in viewers’ homes. I can’t replace Charlie Sheen but I’m going to work my ass off to entertain the hell out of people!”

I for one can’t wait Ashton!

Confirmed! Ashton Kutcher To Replace Charlie Sheen On Two & A Half Men – How Much Will He Get Paid?

This is surprising news, at least to me. Months and months of speculation surrounded the replacement of Charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men, but one name that I never heard actually made the final cut.

CBS and Warner Bros. Television confirmed on Friday that Ashton Kutcher has been selected to play the sought-after role moving forward on the CBS hit comedy.

Kutcher said in a press conference: “I can’t wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented 2.5 team and I believe we can fill the stage with laughter that will echo in viewers’ homes. I can’t replace Charlie Sheen but I’m going to work my ass off to entertain the hell out of people!”

“We are so lucky to have someone as talented, joyful and just plain remarkable as Ashton joining our family,” said Chuck Lorre, the show’s creator and Executive Producer. He continued, “Added to that is the deep sigh of relief knowing that our family stays together. If I was any happier, it’d be illegal.”

Per TMZ, Kutcher will be bringing home between $625,000 – $900,000 per episode. Sheen was getting paid $1.25 million an episode.

Kutcher had a bit of fun on Twitter before CBS and Warner Bros. Television made the official announcement Friday. He sent this message via Twitter: “What’s the square root of 6.25?” I am not a math genius, but I do believe the answer may be 2.5.

Congrats Ashton. I will be looking forward to watching your beautiful face on TV from now on and on a weekly basis!
