If Robert Pattinson can’t get a date, who can? Robert told Jenna Bush Hager on Monday’s Today Show: “I would like to go on a date…I’m just saying. I’m just putting that out there. Because I never go on dates anymore.”
Robert was also asked what he thinks about the recent news that the fourth Twilight novel, Breaking Dawn, will be shot as two films. Robert said, “It’s a little bit daunting cause it’s a long shoot. The last time, when we were shooting Eclipse in Vancouver, the entire paparazzi population of L.A. came up and just camped outside the hotel. So, if it’s in Vancouver, I’ll probably end up getting cabin fever and end up jumping off the balcony.”

If you ever need a date, I know plenty of amazing women who would jump at the chance of going out with you, some of them even live in Vancouver, or nearby Portland, so, you won’t have to fear cabin fever. After they swam a few laps together, the new guy came over to the side of the pool where I and my cousins were swimming. We all started talking and the new guy eventually asked us what we did, and we each told him. That comment surprised me, and I uncontrollably asked, “What do you mean you skipped college? How friggin good are you?” He flashed one of the most beautiful smiles a man can smile. And shyly said, I’m OK. I played for the Chicago Bulls for a few years; now I will be playing for the New Orleans Hornets this coming season. As it turned out, our new friend was Tyson Chandler, so good a basketball player in fact that he was the second overall pick in the 2001 NBA draft despite having never played college basketball.
In August 2006, I was visiting Los Angeles, and had invited some friends over for a swim at my brother’s condominium building in Santa Monica. At some point that day, I noticed my friends Martin and Adam doing laps with a guy I had not yet met. My friend … told me I had to meet the owners of Drai’s; Drai’s is owned by Victor Drai and his partners, twin brothers, Cy and Jesse Waits. Amongst the capacity crowd, we managed to find one of them by the rooftop pool: the incredibly handsome and charming Cy Waits. He was very happy to see my friend and made me feel like an immediate friend. He is extremely funny, playful and quite down to earth. I actually had heard a lot about him through my friend and Paris Hilton‘s Tweets to be honest. All good things Cy, all good. Thank you Cy for making me feel at home. That Paris is a lucky girl to be spending so much time with you.
