Oprah Winfrey‘s promo spot for Friday’s The Oprah Winfrey Show said, “This will never happen again!” And by “this,” Oprah meant the annual Oprah’s Favorite Things episode!

Once a year for the past few seasons, Oprah has surprised her audience during a designated special episode with luxurious gifts comprised of some of the most amazing items that also happen to be Oprah’s favorite things in the world.But since this is the last year of The Oprah Winfrey Show, Oprah expanded this giveaway frenzy to two whole episodes. We all know that Beyonce is sexy. She is one of those women that probably looks smoking hot being a couch potato in sweats. She just can’t help it.

But her newest television advertisement for her perfume Heat, starting herself, has been declared way too saucy for British TV – So much so, that it has been banned from broadcast before 7:30 PM.

That is crazy to hear since British TV has always been much raunchier than American TV. Benny Hill anyone? You know, the British comedy show with the dirty old man always chasing young half-naked female around…And that show was what, 30 years ago?

Jake Gyllenhaal & Anne Hathaway Just Can’t Keep Their Clothes On Lately

Jake Gyllenhaal and Anne Hathaway can’t seem to keep their clothes on lately. They go naked yet again, this time for not one but three different Entertainment Weekly covers this week to promote their new movie, Love and Other Drugs.

I say “naked yet again” because I have seen a screening of their upcoming movie, and well, from what I remember, the duo spent more time naked and grinding each other in the movie than when clothed or doing pretty much anything else combined. I’m not complaining or anything, just making an observation.

In the EW article, Hathaway said she was a little nervous about the nudity in the movie at the beginning but pretty much got used to it by the end of filming.  She said: “There is that revoltingly embarrassing moment when you have to take your clothes off in front of strangers.” Hathaway continued: “I mean, I don’t go to the beach in a bikini for a reason. So I thought, ‘Okay, I’m going to be in control. I’m going to do everything properly, disrobe at the last minute, and in between shots get the clothes back on.’ But then I found that every time I put my robe back on, it rubbed all the body makeup off, and that added 20 minutes to filming,” she said.

“As with all things in life, the second you stop making it a it about you and you make it about everyone else, it just got, dare I say, fun,” Hathaway said.

And fun they had in Love and Other Drugs which is set for release November 24, 2010.

Jason Wade and Rick Woolstenhulme Jr. of Lifehouse played two songs live (watch them below) at The Grove in Los Angeles as part of their interview with Mario Lopez of Extra.

A fan asked what inspired the band’s first hit, “Hanging by a Moment”and Jason said, “That is one of those rare songs where my mind was kind of just disconnected. I wasn’t really looking to write a song. I was doing a vocal for another song and this melody was stuck in my head. So, I took five minutes off and went and picked up a guitar. And it was almost like I channeled the song from another place. I had the lyrics, the bridge, everything finished in like seven minutes. So, I find that sometimes you write your best songs when you’re not over thinking it.”

And Nelly has done nothing but celebrate by hitting every talk show in town including The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Tonight Show, Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel Live and Chelsea Lately.

Kris Allen’s Most Embarrassing Tour Story – And Live Performance – Video And Exclusive Photos

Kris Allen, winner of American Idol Season 8, came to The Grove in Los Angeles for a live performance of his new single, “Alright with Me.”

Kris also spoke with Mario Lopez of Extra and told him he is now touring with Lifehouse. Kris’ interview should be broadcast on Extra soon.

Speaking of touring, Kris recently told MTV’s Jim Cantiello about his most embarrassing tour story which happened last summer, somewhere in Pennsylvania.

Kris said: One night he must have been sleepwalking as he stepped out of his hotel room and was only woken up by the sound of the room door slamming shut behind him.   The story would not be so bad had Kris not gone to bed in the buff that night.

So, there he was, totally naked in the hallway of a hotel room. He finally found a phone and asked the hotel clerk to come open his door for him, which the clerk did, but in the process, the clerk got to see a whole lot of Kris.  Kris laughs, “Man parts are not meant to be seen out in the open!”

Ryan Reynolds Is Named People’s “Sexiest Man Alive”

Not to be out-beautied by his gorgeous wife, Scarlett Johansson, who was named “Babe of the Year” earlier this week by GQ, Ryan Reynolds was just named People magazine’s “Sexiest Man A,live.”

This is the first time that Reynolds, 34, made the list in the 25 years since People began the annual distinction. Reynolds joins the ranks of previous winners such as Johnny Depp, George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise.

Congratulations Ryan – But, am I the only one that just doesn’t completely get it? I mean don’t get me wrong, the man is good looking. He is funny. And he was amazing in The Proposal. I certainly wouldn’t turn down a date request or two by him if he were single.

But the sexiest man alive? He edged out Robert Pattinson, Johnny Depp, Jon Bon Jovi, Jon Hamm, Kellan Lutz, Drake, Glee‘s Matthew Morrison, True Blood‘s Joe Manganiello, Robert Downey Jr., Grey’s Anatomy‘s Jesse Williams, Justin Timberlake, and Jake Gyllenhaal. Wowzers, what a list. But again, congrats Ryan.

Ryan jokes: “Now it’s going to be, ‘Sexiest man, take out the garbage.’ That does sound better!” He continues joking: “The most difficult part is going to be organically working this title into a conversation with random strangers.”
