Katy Perry is ditching John Mayer for a ‘girl.’ And by that, we mean Katy is taking “Girls” star Allison Williams as her date to the Grammy Awards this Sunday.
Williams broke the news yesterday to Anderson Cooper while appearing on his daytime talk show Anderson Live. “I am going to the Grammys and Katy Perry is my date, she’s the hottest date. I had been wanting to work out for months with the man who muscles up the American Idols but was afraid he’d kick my coach-potato ass. But I finally gave in and met up with Marco on a sunny morn in a park and he worked me through his series of exercises affectionately called ‘boot camp’.
Now, if you want me to tell you that Marco took it easy on me, think again. Marco did kick my ass. But I tell you, it was the best ass kicking that my out of shape body needed. And he did it with encouragement, tough love, singing, word games, and meditation. Marco did the impossible: he made me get excited about working out for the first time in years.
