Sources connected with “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” tell TMZ Camille Grammer is quitting the show … and she’s even lawyered up to negotiate an out.

Sources tell us Camille is upset with the way she’s been portrayed on the show. And, we’re told, Camille did the show because Kelsey Grammer wanted her to, and now that she’s a single mom, “circumstances have changed.”

We’re told Camille’s lawyer and Bravo are already discussing a “settlement” and an offer is on the table for the terms of her departure.

A rep for Bravo tells TMZ, “No decision has been made for season 2.” Bravo says they just filmed the “dramatic” reunion show and questions will be answered.

Courtney Love Sued For Twitter Defamation

Disgruntled celebrities using Twitter and Facebook to fight their battles with others may have to start watching what their fingers type into cyberspace or be held liable for defamation.

Courtney Love has been sued in a “groundbreaking” case which probably will set a legal precedent for whether celebs can be held responsible for intentionally putting false or defamatory statements on social networks such as Twitter and Facebook.

This suit will hold particular importance because it will establish whether a public figure’s comments on social networks should be held to the same libel laws that apply to news media or if tweets should be given, as defamation expert Alonzo Wickers explained to The Hollywood Reporter, “the same latitude as an op-ed piece or a letter to the editor.”

In this particular case, Love is being sued by fashion designer Dawn Simorangkir for destruction of her reputation as a result of Tweets Love sent in March 2009. According to THR, Love charged Simorangkir with being “a drug-pushing prostitute with a history of assault and battery who lost custody of her own child and capitalized on Love’s fame before stealing from her.”

The lawsuit is set to being January 18 in Los Angeles and is unbelievably only the first defamation suit brought against a celebrity because of comments made on Twitter. “There has never been anything like this case before,” Simorangkir’s attorney Bryan Freedman told THR.

Wickers says, “The way Twitter is evolving, it seems to be more of a means to express opinion. I’ll be interested to see if the court gives people posting on Twitter more latitude than other media.”

Justin Bieber Thinks He’s “Cute”

As part of his world domination tour, Justin Bieber stopped by Vanity Fair for an interview with the magazine.

The interview starts with quoting Bieber as saying:  “I’m crazy, I’m nuts. Just the way my brain works. I’m not normal. I think differently—my mind is always racing. I’m just … nuts. But I think the best [musicians] probably are.

On his legions of screaming girls, Bieber tells the mag that he knows the girls scream for him because he’s “Justin Bieber,” but continues, “Not trying to be arrogant, but if I walked down the street and a girl saw me, she might take a look back because maybe I’m good-looking, right?”

Bieber says guys avoid his shows because “it’s like [they think] they’re not cool if they come to my concert. That’ll [change], I think; it’ll happen, maybe when I’m 18. But meanwhile all their girlfriends are coming to watch me.”

Victoria Beckham Removes Implants & Says Hubby Can Look Like “Crap!”

Amazing how quickly things change! Less than three months ago, Victoria Beckham announced in Marie Claire that hubby David Beckham is “so goddamn perfect that people have to find something wrong with him.”

Back then, she explained, “We were about to go out somewhere the other day, and he was sending an email. He was sitting at the end of the bed, and he had no clothes on whatsoever. I was getting out of the shower, and I just stood there looking at him. He was all tan. Has all those tattoos- which I love.”

Guess Victoria was able to find something wrong with her hubby upon closer inspection. Fast forward to now and she tells the UK version of Vogue magazine, “The other morning I looked across at David just after he’d woken up and thought you look really crap. THANK GOD, because this is a man who always looked so perfect!”  Say what?!? How you you gonna go and do a 180 on your man in print?
In the same interview, Victoria admitted she has given up on the hope of having a daughter and reveals she has had her breast implants removed. Read the full interview in the February issue of Vogue UK, for sale on newsstands now.

Gwyneth Paltrow Credits Her Hubby For Overcoming Her Postpartum Depression

Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow is experiencing continued success with her career, having recently received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. But not everything has been smooth sailing in her private life. After her second child, Moses, was born in 2006, Paltrow said she had reached the lowest and weakest point of her life.

“I felt like a zombie. I couldn’t access my heart. I couldn’t access my emotions. I couldn’t connect,” Paltrow is quoted in the February issue of Good Housekeeping. “It was terrible, it was the exact opposite of what had happened when Apple was born. With her, I was on cloud nine. I couldn’t believe it wasn’t the same. I just thought it meant I was a terrible mother and a terrible person.”

What helped Paltrow overcome this debilitating condition? She credits her supportive musician husband, Chris Martin. She says of her Coldplay frontman, “I can depend on him. He makes me laugh. He’s really appreciative of me. You know, he makes me feel special.”

She says it was her husband who recognized that she might be suffering from postpartum depression after having her second child and was the first to use the actual term.

“About four months into it, Chris came to me and said, ‘Something’s wrong. Something’s wrong,’ ” Paltrow recalls. “I kept saying, ‘No, no, I’m fine.’ But Chris identified it, and that sort of burst the bubble.”

“I thought postpartum depression meant you were sobbing every single day and incapable of looking after a child,” Paltrow says. “But there are different shades of it and depths of it, which is why I think it’s so important for women to talk about it. It was a trying time. I felt like a failure.”

Thankfully, Paltrow has beat the depression and she says she is loving her role as a mother.

The Bachelor’s Brad Womack Gets His Happy Ending!

Brad Womack with Parisa Michelle/CelebMagnet

You can stop reading all the rumors which try to fool you into believing Brad Womack may end up being rejected by the woman he chooses on this season of The Bachelor because I am here to tell you, this time, Womack will get his happy ending. And so will the lucky mystery woman this charming and beautiful man will chose in the end!

“I am very much in love and very very happy,” Womack told Mario Lopez of Extra during an interview taped at The Grove Tuesday and which will air later on in the day. Womack continued, “I’m a guy and when I fall, I fall hard!”

When did Womack realize he was in love? He said, “I always say, ‘When you know, you know.’ And I knew early on [during the show’s taping]. Even though I felt something early on, I promised myself I’d try 100 percent and I did… and held on to my first instincts.”

When I asked Womack if he is done taping the entire season, he responded without hesitation, “Yes, thank God!” I think more than anything else, he’s happy to be done being smacked around by the women this season for having not picked either of DeAnna Pappas or Jenni Croft the last time he was The Bachelor.

Lopez had a little bit of fun with Womack and gave him a list of celebs which he would date, mate with, or eliminate. Womack said: “I am spoken for!” When pushed to answer in the hypothetical, Womack said, “I would date Jennifer Aniston, mate with Scarlett Johansson and I’m sorry to say, eliminate Kim Kardashian!”

Let me just start by saying that Snooki is nothing short of absolutely adorable. As soon as she got out of her car and saw the photographers and paparazzi, she smiled a huge smile and waved.  She even blew us a kiss!

When I met her, she said with a huge smile, “Oh my God, you’re as tiny as me.” Her warm and cute demeanor made me a fan for life!

Season 3 of MTV’s Jersey Shore premieres January 6, and Snooki told Mario that, “The new season is balls to walls insanity and I don’t even know what happens, so I am very excited to watch it!” She added, “I think this is the best season yet.”

About her stunt New Year’s Eve being placed inside the ball which dropped at midnight, Snooki said, “Who does that? Only me!”

In preparing for her ‘Country Strong’ role as a recovering alcoholic attempting a show-business comeback, Oscar winner Gwyneth Paltrow says she had so much difficulty understanding the mentality of substance abusers, she turned to her friend and ‘Iron Man’ co-star Robert Downey Jr. to help her get a handle on her character.

And it sounds like his expertise was her secret weapon in mastering the role.

Paltrow, 38, explained to Reuters, “I just couldn’t understand how you could be so drunk that you could wreck people’s lives and then wake up the next day and pretend everything was fine…. I struggled with that.”

So she consulted her now-sober A-list friend, whose own stellar show-business comeback followed years of drug abuse and prison time. “I asked Robert, ‘How does this work?’ He was really articulate about addiction and the psychology behind it. He really helped me a lot.”
In ‘Country Strong,’ Paltrow’s character, Kelly, isn’t just fighting for her sobriety: She’s avoiding ‘has-been’ status by attempting a post-rehab singing comeback, which means touring with an easy-on-the-eyes rising star (played by Leighton Meester). As a result, Paltrow found an angle to her role that she related to with ease.

“I loved playing a woman who was feeling her age, and worried about the young twenty-something coming up and stealing her thunder,” said the star, who is raising two children with her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.

Training musically for the role was its own unique challenge. “I could always sing a bit, and I have good pitch,” she says. “But my singing teacher really kicked my butt. She was like, ‘There’s a big voice in there, we’re gonna get it out!”
