The X Factor USA airs its top 11 live show November 9, 2011 and it will give the contestants a second chance to compete for America’s vote. All the judges have three contestants each in the show except for Paula Abdul who has two.

Survivor South Pacific 11/9 Spoilers & Recap

Survivor South Pacific “Cut Throat” episode airs November 9, 2011 and will be a one shocking episode. As you know, the two tribes merged into one last week and are now called “Te Tuna”.

Ozzy’s plan went very wrong last week because Cochran decided to flip on his old tribe and Savaii ended up losing one of their members. Savaii is now also being picked apart, one by one.

Tonight, we had a double elimination. Read below for a full recap, looks like the spoilers were right yet again!

FULL SHOW RECAP:
Ozzy told Cochran that he stabbed him in the back. Brandon tells Ozzy not to let things get aggressive. Ozzy just does not understand what happened and why Cochran betrayed him. On the other hand, Coach is very happy with how things took place at last Tribal Council. Coach consults Cochran on who should go next and he says Ozzy for game reasons or Jim for personal reasons. 

Immunity Challenge #1 – The task is to throw coconuts into a ring and the first four survivors who finish move ahead in the challenge. Whitney, Jim, Dawn and Sophie are the ones that move ahead. They then have to crack open coconuts and sip some of the juice and hold it in their mouth as they go through an obstacle course. They have to spit the juice into a cylinder and fill it up. The first person to fill it completely wins immunity. Jim wins immunity!

Immunity Challenge #2: 

The second immunity challenge came with a twist. Survivors could sit out the challenge and instead eat a sumptuous feast. Dawn, Whitney and Jim participated in the challenge and the other members who have the votes on their side enjoyed the meal.

Mariah Carey Loses 30 Baby Fat Pounds In 3 Months

Mariah Carey got her body back, six months after giving birth to twins Moroccan and Monroe. The singer, showing off her toned legs and flat stomach in size-6 short-shorts, tells Us Weekly that she lost 30 pounds the hard way.

“I just gained an enormous amount of weight,” Carey says about her pregnancy. But in July, Carey hired a nutritionist and started a workout plan from Jenny (formerly Jenny Craig).  Under the plan, Carey worked out three days a week and stuck to a 1,500 calories a day diet.

“I feel incredible. It was just the biggest blessing to be able to have the babies,” Carey says.

“But I felt trapped in my body because I couldn’t move.” Carey adds, “I’m proud of how hard I worked to get my body back… I had to do this for me.”

George Clooney beautifies the latest cover of Rolling Stone on newsstands Friday (November 11).

Here are some extremely candid excerpts from the interview:

On loving farts: 

“We think [farting]’s one of the funniest things in the history of mankind. Even the idea of a fart makes me laugh. Saying the word ‘fart’ makes me laugh. I have iFart on my phone. I have remote whoopee cushions. Farts. To me, there’s nothing funnier.”

On not being metrosexual: 

“I’m the least metrosexual cat you’ve ever met. I’ve never had my fingernails or toenails done, and I’ve cut my own hair longer than other people have cut my hair. On an awards-show day, I can play basketball, go in, take a shower and put on a tux – it takes me three minutes to put on a tux – and be out the door in 15 minutes.”
On his first O (TMI):
“I believe it was while climbing a rope when I was six or seven years old. I mean, nothing came out, but all the other elements were there. I remember getting to the top of the rope, hanging off the rope, and going, ‘Oh, my God, this feels great!'”
On his current lady, Stacy Keibler’s gushing tweets, ex. “smiling all day long”:

Eddie Murphy Pulls Out Of The Oscars, Won’t Host

Can’t say that I am not totally bummed. After resignation of Brett Ratner as producer of the 84th Annual Academy Awards, Eddie Murphy has changed his mind on hosting the event and pulled out.

“First and foremost I want to say that I completely understand and support each party’s decision with regard to a change of producers for this year’s Academy Awards ceremony,” Murphy said in a statement. “I was truly looking forward to being a part of the show that our production team and writers were just starting to develop, but I’m sure that the new production team and host will do an equally great job,” Murphy concluded.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences President Tom Sherak responded, “I appreciate how Eddie feels about losing his creative partner, Brett Ratner, and we all wish him well.”

Ratner resigned from his post after recent remarks which offended the gay community, including saying “rehearsal is for fags.” He resigned in an open apology letter which read in part, “Being asked to help put on the Oscar show was the proudest moment of my career. But as painful as this may be for me, it would be worse if my association with the show were to be a distraction from the Academy and the high ideals it represents.”The 2012 Academy Awards will be held Sunday, February 26. No word yet on Murphy’s replacement.

Miley Cyrus Puts Twitter On Hold, Again

Miley Cyrus has decided to take a break from Twitter once again. “Sorry I havent been tweeting as much!” Cyrus wrote on Friday after Tweeting this photo which is probably from Halloween. “I deleted the twitter ap off of my phone. Just taking some “ME” time! =] love yall.”

Miley recently re-joined the social media after having had deleted her account when boyfriend Liam Hemsworth asked her to do so. She came back again recently for her fans and to follow Charlie Sheen.

Really.
