America’s Got Talent is finally back on TV, after a two-week hiatus during the Olympics. A brand new performance episode aired tonight August 14, 2012, featuring 12 acts performing for your votes. Tonight it is YouTube week, where acts discovered/entered online have a chance to compete.

As always, you can cast your vote for your gave act online or via a toll-free number. And, you can cast uo to 10 votes from each email address and up to10 times from each phone number. “Welcome Back, Kotter’s” Ron Palillo Dead At 63

Ron Palillo, best known for his role as Arnold Horshack on the popular 1970’s sitcom, “Welcome Back, Kotter,” died Tuesday morning at his home near Palm Beach, Fla. He was 63.

Per TMZ, Palillo suffered a heart attack and was found by his longtime companion, Joseph Gramm who called 911 around 4:00 am. Palillo was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Fellow Sweathog Robert Hegyes (Juan Epstein) died in January of this year, leaving John Travolta (Vinnie Barbarino) and Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs (Boom Boom Washington) as the only surviving members of the foursome underachieving high school students.
