America’s Got Talent 8/29 Live Blog: Who’s Going Home & Who’s Going To The Finals?

America’s Got Talent airs a new results episode tonight August 29, 2012. It’s the results show for the first round of finalists. Who among twelve acts will advance to the finals? Which acts will be sent home based on America’s vote?

Only three of the acts that performed last night will go through. Performing last night at the semi-finals were Turf, Andrew de Leon, Todd Oliver, Donovan & Rebecca, Edon, The Scott Brothers, Eric Dittelman, Bria Kelly, Tom Cotter, Joe Castillo, and William Close, Academy of Villains. Charlie Sheen’s “Anger Management” Renewed For 90 Episodes!

Charlie Sheen must be a fortune teller because back when he said he was winning when he was in fact in the dumps, he was foreseeing his then-future.

The actor who had seemingly lost it all when he got fired from “Two and a Half Men” is back on top yet again. His new show, “Anger Management,” has just been renewed for another 90 episodes. Yes, 90 which is a lifetime where sitcoms are concerned.

The network which had made an odd agreement with Sheen to order this many episodes if the show’s first ten episodes performed well (which they did) carried through with its promise today.  FX Executive VP Chuck Saftler said “Anger Management” was the highest rated new comedy series on cable this calendar year (Avg 4.5 million viewers).
“Now we have 100 episodes of a top-tier sitcom with an A-list star the caliber of Charlie Sheen to sell into off-network syndication starting in September 2014,” the show’s producers added.

After giving birth to her first son, Nicole Snooki Polizzi has left the St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J. and heading home with her new bundle of joy, Lorenzo Dominic LaValle.
The Jersey Shore star posted the Instagram photo below with the caption “My world,” Wednesday but for some reason, decided to take it down soon after. The photo is apparently of Lorenzo’s new digs, which shows his name in large bedazzled letters. A black bassinet with leopard bedding can also be spotted.  Continue reading →

As always, you can cast your vote for your gave act online or via a toll-free number. And, you can cast uo to 10 votes from each email address and up to10 times from each phone number. A fan fave on General Hospital is saying goodbye after playing the popular Jason Morgan since 1991. Yes, sadly, I am speaking about Steve Burton who announced the news that he is leaving GH to his fans on Twitter by writing, ” Morning. Just wanted to thank all of you for your support over the years.You are amazing.It’s been an incredible 21 yrs of my life.THANK YOU.” He added, “Thanks for all the luv.I know it’s difficult for some.It is difficult for me.I luv the cast and crew..it has been home.
