You win some, you lose some.

It’s been that kind of day for Lindsay Lohan. First, Lindsay escaped yet another brush with the law when the D.A.’s office closed the case on her as a suspect in the theft of more than $100,000 in watches and sunglasses which tool place earlier this month at her friend’s house.

Then, Lindsay got banned from Chateau Marmont for her failure to pay a $46,350 bill. Lindsay racked up the enormous charges when she stayed at the Hollywood hot spot for 47 days. During the long-winded vacay in the months of June and July, she ordered room service, cigarettes, and candles, and spent more than $3,300 on the mini-bar alone. But, she got kicked out eventually for non-payment.

Now, her BFF Lady Gaga has taken a stab at the actress. Gaga, who attended a slumber party last month with Lohan at Chateau, had something to say about this photo that Lindsay posted sporting some fancy earrings. “@lindsaylohan ummmm are those my earrings??? this is awkward…:) kiss kiss chateau bunny,” teased Mother Monster.

Wonder if the Chateau bunny finds that amusing…
