Bravo’s season two premiere of “Shahs of Sunset” delivered its highest-rated episode –ever– in all key demos this past Sunday with 2.3 million total viewers and 1.4 million in the 18-49 category. Sad news out of Kansas City this morning: Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher, 25, shot and killed his on-again-off-again girlfriend, Kasandra Perkins (the mother of his 3-month-old baby), in her home around 8 a.m. Belcher then drove to Arrowhead Stadium where he shot and killed himself (shot in the head) as two assistant coaches were trying to calm him down.
