Victoria Justice celebrated her 25th birthday with eleven of her friends and family members including her sister, mom, dad, and boyfriend, Reeve Carney. The event took place this weekend at Innovative Dining Group’s Katana in West Hollywood. It was actually a surprise birthday party and Victoria had absolutely no idea about it nor did she know what to expect once she arrived.

Victoria arrived at the restaurant around 7PM and found the private room at the venue decorated by her family and friends with balloons and decadent candles. It was a very romantic and warm setting.

Guests noshed on salmon carpaccio, yellowtail sashimi, Chilean seabass, baked crab hand rolls and more! Towards the end of their meal, the restaurant brought out a chocolate lava cake which read, “Happy birthday Victoria!” with sparklers. She was smiling from ear to ear and embraced a hug and kiss from her boyfriend. They are so happy and seem closer than ever before, snapping photos together. They all stayed at the restaurant for almost 3 hours, departing around 10pm, and Victoria and Reeve held hands upon exiting the venue together.
