Torrey Devitto & Empire State Building Lit Green for National Mental Health Awarness Month

SPOTTED: Torrey Devitto from NBC’s Chicago Med, Women’s Health magazine editor-in-chief Amy Keller Laird and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) as they came together today to light the Empire State Building green in honor of National Mental Health Month in May.Torrey Devitto and Women’s Health Magazine’s editor-in-chief, Amy Keller Laird spoke about each of their respective battles and struggles with mental heath. Together they ‘flipped the switch’ to light the Empire State Building green as a beacon of hope to the nation and the world to help lift the stigma and in honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month. In addition, Philosophy’s Hope & Grace Fund provided NAMI with a $75,000 grant to implement the StigmaFree initiative.
