The Bachelor has picked its next star for its 18th season: Juan Pablo Galavis. Juan Pablo was one of the contestants on Desiree Hartsock’s season. He will now star in the reality show looking for love.

Juan Pablo was a fan favorite during The Bachelorette. A source told E! News: “The ladies seem to love him, and he’s really good-looking and personable.”

Juan Pablo is a 31-year-old professional Venezuelan football (soccer) player. He retired in 2009 and now lives in Miami with his four-year old daughter.
