Kendra Wilkinson was involved in a car accident Sunday night and taken to Providence Tarzana Medical center to be checked out.

A source tells Us Weekly  that Wilkinson was “in shock” and “really sore” from the accident. The former ‘Girls Next Door’ star was released after being examined and serious injury was ruled out. It is unclear at this time whether Kendra was the driver or if she were alone in the car. No other injuries have been reported.
