Alec Baldwin is at it again! Baldwin had yet another heated confrontation with a photographer–and a reporter. The 30 Rock star allegedly threatened to choke a reporter while hurling a racial slur at the accompanying photographer. The incident ended with both Baldwin and NY Post photographer, G.N. Miller filing harassment claims against one another.

The Post claims that the reporter, Tara Palmeri approached Baldwin and asked him about a recent lawsuit involving his wife Hilaria. The reporter said that Baldwin responded to the question by grabbing her arm and telling her “I want to choke you to death.” He then called the African American photographer a “coon, crackehead and drug dealer.”

Baldwin’s camp is denying he threatened to choke the reporter but instead he said, “I hope you choke to death.”

Alec Baldwin says he never made a racist comment to the photographer and calls the claim “one of the most outrageous things I’ve heard in my life.”

As for what caused the altercation … sources say it all emanated from a story that ran in the Post a few days ago. The paper claimed that a student in Hilaria’s class was suing her, claiming he was instructed to perform a dangerous move in an overcrowded class and was injured as a result. Baldwin was reportedly upset that the story was not balanced and did not present his wife’s side.

Previously, Baldwin has been involved in two confrontations with photographers in June of last year.
