Why do I feel like I’ve heard this all before? Lindsay Lohan is in legal trouble. Again. I know, I know, you don’t care anymore.

A Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner just revoked Lohan’s probation which she received when she pleaded no-contest on a grand theft charge in the 2010 stolen necklace case.

The probation was revoked in a hearing Wednesday related to three misdemeanor counts accusing her of lying to Santa Monica, CA police about whether she was driving a Porsche which collided with a dump truck on Pacific Coast Highway. Lohan was not required to nor was she present at this hearing because the new charges are only misdemeanors and not felonies.

As a result of the probation revocation, Lindsay must now appear in court on January 15. If she is found to have violated her probation, she could face jail time of up to 245 days if the judge goes for the maximum sentence.

LiLo is overseas working. Well, by working I mean she is following UK boy band The Wanted on tour.
