The actress also revealed something no one knew: That she spent 10 weeks in the hospital during her pregnancy because she was diagnosed with placenta previa (a condition in which the placenta covers the cervix and cause serious internal bleeding).

The actress and son are fine now after mama underwent surgery last month due to complications from a c-section.

“When they put [Finn] in my arms I was like, ‘We made it.”” Spelling tells the celebrity gossip magazine. “We have an insane bond. We’ve been through hell and back.”
