Survivor Philippines airs its fifth episode of the 25th season tonight October 17, 2012. On tonight’s episode, “Got My Swag Back,” we’re promised some changes. CBS previews the show as “a twist in the game causes a shift in tribe dynamics. Meanwhile, as conditions worsen at camp, one castaway is faced with a game-changing decision.”

It’s day ten and Matsing is already decimated with only two castaways left: Malcolm and Denise. The only good news for them is that they have found the immunity idol.
Jeff Probst gets the three tribes together and then merges Malcolm with Tanang and Denise with Kalabaw.
WHO WINS REWARDS CHALLENGE
The winning tribe will get lots of sweet treats. Tandang wins the challenge. Malcolm finally wins something and feels like he got his swag back. Pete is happy to have Malcolm on the team and wants to tell Malcolm that he has an immunity idol and wants to get rid of Mike.
At Kalabaw, Katie is happy to have Denise on her team and wants her to join the female alliance.
It rained all night on the island and Dana is freezing. She feels dizzy and is suffering from sharp pains in her stomach. Her condition grows worse. She develops a fever and is unable to speak. Medics arrive to look her over. The docs says Dana will be OK to stay but needs more liquids. Jeff tells her it is her decision. Dana says she is done and quits the game and leaves Survivor. Katie is upset because she just lost her closest ally.
WHO WON IMMUNITY CHALLENGE?
On Tandang, the have to sit one player since they have an extra won and Abi-Maria sits out again, surprising Jeff. He asks her how many challenges she has competed in and she answers two.
Tandang wins immunity. It was an extremely close call.
AFTER IMMUNITY CHALLENGE, BEFORE TRIBAL COUNCIL
Denise joins Jeff’s alliance. The tribe is deciding between sending Katie or Dawson home.
WHO GOT ELIMINATED OFF OF SURVIVOR PHILIPPINES TONIGHT?
Dana quit on her own and left the game. At Tribal Council, Jeff says Dana caused them to lose the challenge. Dawson thinks Denise is a strong player and they should keep her.
VOTES: Denise 1, Dawson 4, which is enough: DAWSON IS VOTED OFF AND ELIMINATED.

As shown in the promo on CBS (See video below) Dana is struggling physically to the point of a medic having to check her out. Although cleared by the medic to stay, Dana has to chose whether to stay or quit the game. Jeff Probst said of the situation: “I can tell you that it is dramatic and I did find it emotional and it does change the game.”

Now, other spoilers say there will be a merge since there are only two castaways left on Matsing. Denise merges into Kalabaw, Malcolm to Tandang. Denise forms a women’s alliance and Dawson is voted out. But as always, spoilers are not 100% accurate at times, but I do the best I can to dig what is out there for you each week!
