LIVE RECAP:

Monday night’s show starts with Emily reminiscing about her remaining men and admitting that she is falling in love with more than one person. She says she doesn’t want to hurt anyone. Emily and her last three bachelors hit the Caribbean island of Curacao for the the last stop on the Emily Maynard dating tour this week.
DATE WITH SEAN
Sean gets the first date. The couple go for a helicopter ride with a private island as the intended destination. Sean tells Emily about a previous relationship and admits he loved his ex but was not in love with her. Emily still feels that Sean is holding back on his feelings for her. She says Sean hasn’t said “I love you” to her yet. He meanwhile does not know when or how he’s going to tell her, but is hoping that the words will come out naturally.
The next stop on this first date is some snorkeling and kisses. Emily wonders if Sean loves her because he hasn’t said it to her yet. The two then enjoy a romantic dinner at the beach and Sean gives her a heartfelt letter that he wrote for her daughter, Ricki, assuming that Sean and Em end up together. In the letter, Sean says he won’t replace Ricki’s real father.

Sean really feels that his family affirmed how he feels about Emily and he can’t wait to welcome her into his family. She asks him if he can see himself getting engaged. Sean says in response that he can’t stop thinking about her and can’t picture his life without her. AND FINALLY, he tells EM that he has fallen in love with her.

Emily is happy to hear that and presents Sean with a note from Chris Harrison: The fantasy suite invitation. He accepts. The two head for the hot tub and they kiss. Emily then send Chris home at the end of the night because she’s a mother and wants to set a good example for her daughter. In his confessional, Sean admits he has no doubt that he wants to “marry that girl”.DATE WITH JEF

Jef and Emily start their date on a sailboat, headed for a private cove. The two then do some surfing and Emily admits that from the first night she saw something special in Jef.
Jef tells Emily that he wouldn’t change anything about any of their time together. Along the ride, Jef asks Emily if she thinks he would make a great father and she thinks he will.  She even says that she was spending time with Ricki, picturing that someone else was there and that she could picture him there with the two of them.
During dinner, Jef pops a few more questions. He first asks EM where she’d want to live if they end up together. Emily says she doesn’t expect him to move to Charlotte and that she’s open to move for him. But Jef also says he would not mind a fresh start. Jef then asks why she hasn’t found a man yet and she responds that she just hasn’t yet found anyone that had that “it” factor.  She turns the tables on him and asks him the same question to which he responds that he hasn’t experienced anything that has been picture perfect like his time with her.
The fantasy suite time comes. Jef is a total gentleman. He says he loves the idea but he respects her, his family and her daughter [who he knows will all be watching the show] so he gracefully backs out of the overnight part of the date. He says there is a time and a place for everything and he plans on spending every night with her in their own fantasy suite. [NICELY PLAYED JEF!] Emily is thankful and the two hang out for a while in the suite which is a very cool tree house. They kiss for a while and he tells her that he loves her.
DATE WITH ARIE
Arie greets Emily with a big kiss on her last date for the week. He confesses that he has been in love with Emily from the first date. WOW! The two get on a boat to go swim with dolphins and the kissing continues. Big time. When they finally get to the Dolphins. Em is a bit afraid.
The love birds talk about their fave moments together and she realizes that his are when they have kissed, which is most of the time on their alone time. She recognizes the strong physical chemistry between them but wants to figure out if there is more than just the physical thing between them. They talk about their daily routines and she admits that she wouldn’t mind living in Scottsdale with him if that’s best for Ricki.Arie says Em makes him feel like a man and that gives him confidence. He says a relationship with Ricki is something that he would have fun building up slowly. When it came time for the fantasy suite, Em said she’s struggling. She said she will not give him the fantasy suite card because she doesn’t trust herself with him!! “Good Lord, he’s hot,” Emily explains.

ROSE CEREMONY
Jef gets the first rose. Arie gets the second and last rose and Sean is absolutely devastated. He feels stupid because he was ready to spend forever with Emily. He tells her he doesn’t know what to say…He did not see this coming and is shocked. Emily starts crying and tells him that she wanted it to be him so bad because she loved every minute that the two of them spent together. In his limousine ride, Sean says when he saw her walk out tonight, he thought in his head, ‘That’s my wife.’ Poor guys.
