Chris Harrison tells the men that that will be heading to Bermuda to join Emily who is there already with Ricki.

A Date Card comes and Doug gets the one on one date of the week. Emily joins the men and notices tension in the room – she and Doug go off on their date.

ONE ON ONE DATE WITH DOUG
Emily and Doug go to St. George for their date. They start out by doing a little shopping for souvenirs. He tells her he started a charity and she is impressed. At one point, Emily writes a postcard to his son Austin and invites him to play Legos sometime.

They walk through the Moon Gate together and make a wish. They then go for dinner and she feels as if there’s something he’s hiding from her. She really wants him to open up to her but fear that he may be like Brad Womack her ex fiance. Emily asks Doug what his ex-girlfriend would say about him and he says that his she’d say he spends too much time with his son.

She tells him she has flaws of her own and sometimes stays in her PJs all day while still running errands.  DOUG GETS THE DATE ROSE! The date still ends on an awkward note since he could not tell if she wanted a kiss.

GROUP DATE
Charlie, Ryan, Chris, Jef, Sean, Arie, Travis and Kalon get the group date. They all go for a boat race and the winning team will get to spend more time with Emily as their prize. and the eight guys arrive for the boat race and the winners are getting to spend more time with her.

The two teams fighting against each other for more time with Emily are: The yellow team with Jef, Arie, Ryan and Kalon. The red team has Chris, Travis, Charlie and Sean. The yellow team wins.

So, Ryan, Arie, Jef and Kalon get to have drinks with Emily. Ryan calls her a “trophy wife” and Arie is not happy to hear that. She and Arie spend alone time and kiss yet again. She then spends some alone time with Jef and he is nervous. He opens up to her a little more but she hoped for a kiss too.

Up next is Ryan who gets Emily alone. He tries to get around her question about him saying he’d still love Emily if she gained weight but would not “love on her.” He admits that he had a hard time the other night about watching her kissing Arie. She just doesn’t understand why he’s so upset about that and feels that he’s judging her.

Jef gets the group date rose.

TWO ON ONE DATE WITH JOHN AND NATE

The dreaded 2 on 1 date card comes for John and Nate who will be going to “explore this Bermuda love triangle”. Emily admits that she’s been dreading the two-on-one date. The men meet up with her on a yacht in the middle of the Bermuda Triangle. They all go cliff diving. Emily is way more adventurous than I imagined.

The odd trio go to dinner in a cave and thing are still awkward –as they should be on such a date. The men don’t eat much because the food has too much fiber.

Emily and Nate get some alone time. He admits he was sad to get the two on one date. He even starts to tear up when talking about how amazing his family and friends are. Emily then gets alone time with John and he says he wants them to get to know each other better. John gets the 2 on 1 date rose. Nate is eliminated!

COCKTAIL PARTY
When Emily is spending alone time with Ryan, the other men talk about how he is not there for the right reasons. They want Arie to go interrupt the two and Arie thinks Ryan is threatened by his connection with Emily.

Emily then takes Chris aside and he says he is ready for fatherhood and marriage despite the fact that Doug had earlier insulted him on his maturity level.

  1. Kind of curious how Emily makes out with one guy, then goes for one-on-one time with the next without feeling a tinge of guilt….I would feel gross doing that.

  2. If Emily and Chris met outside this venue I think they’d have a chance but I think she will end up seeing him as too immature due to having to deal with the pressure of the other guys.
