The Voiceaired a semi-finals performance show tonight April 30, 2012. The eight season 2 semifinalists will each perform one individual song in addition to a group performance.

Teams Adam and Cee Lo Green will perform All These Things I’ve Done by The Killers together, while Teams Blake and Christina will jointly perform Lady Gaga’s The Edge of Glory. Blake Shelton will also make the world television premiere of his new single, Over, off his album, Red River Blue.

The 8 remaining contestants on The Voiceare:

TEAM ADAM: Tony Lucca and Katrina Parker
TEAM BLAKE: Jermaine Paul and Erin Willett
TEAM CEE LO: Jamar Rogers and Juliet Simms
TEAM CHRISTINA: Chris Mann and Lindsey Pavao.

LIVE SHOW RECAP:
The show starts with a flashback of our 8 remaining contestants.

Team Adam:

Tony Lucca starts the night and performs How You Like Me Now by The Heavy.
Blake really liked the song even though he has never heard the original. Christina loves the original and said Tony was very slick. Cee Lo was pleased by the performance. Adam is proud! And said he picked the perfect song for tonight.

Katrina Parker sang Killing Me Softly by The Fugees.
Blake says it’s hard for him to believe that just a few months ago she was sitting in a cubicle shuffling papers. Christina says she has fallen in love with her and that she is a star! Cee Lo tells Katrina she re-invested the song. Adam says they are all fans of hers and she did a fantastic job.

Team Blake:

Erin Willett performs Without You by David Guettavevo.
Christina calls it bold and says Erin showed the emotions. Cee Lo thinks it was a wonderful song choice. Blake says Erin looks beautiful and has extraordinary talent.

Jermaine Paul sings Journey’s Open Arms.

Christina says Jermaine is crazy talented and she’s a fan. Cee Lo loved the performance. Adam congratulates him because he is no longer a background singer. Blake feels Jermaine is a front runner who is peaking at the right time.
Team Christina:
Chris Mann performs Luciano Pavarotti’s Ave Maria tonight. Cee Lo says Chris has a pure and
powerful voice. Adam called it cool, classy, simple and beautiful. Christina felt the heavens open up and was moved and walked to the stage to give him a hug!

Lindsey Pavao sings Skinny Love by Bon Iver.
Cee Lo says she sang very confident. Adam likes that everyone on The Voice is so different. Blake liked it. Christina says Lindsey killed it and hugs her.

Team Cee Lo:
Jamar Rogers performs If You Don’t Know Me By Now.

Adam admits that he is a total fan of Jamar. Blake said it was a laid back performance and he sounded wonderful. Christina liked his low tone at the end. Cee Lo thinks America wants to know Jamar a little more.

Juliet Simms will sang It’s A Man’s World by James Brown.
Cee Lo gives Juliet a standing ovation. Adam says this performance was something special and that she is the one to beat tonight. Christina says she brought her back to when she performed this song and said it was powerful. Cee Lo thinks Juliet killed it! Murdered it!

I love all the finalist but I have to say…My dear Juliet Simms is going to take the cake to the bank..I personally am a Team Christina fan but as the judges themselves said, they know Juliet is a major singer in this competition….Cant wait for tonight for see the performances….Rock it Juliet..!!!!!
