Aubrey starts the show by concluding that Dayana is the weakest link and she needs to go home. Dayana is very upset that Patricia was fired. Debbie thinks her team is not united and every contestant is out to get the others.Clay Aiken visits the National Inclusion Project – an organization he founded to present them with $50,000.

TASK # 1
Donald Trump tells the celebrities that their first task is to create and sell a celebrity guidebook on New York City. Teresa Giudice is the Project Manager for the women and Dee Snider is the Project Manager for the men. The team winning project manager will receive all sales from the books and a bonus from Toshiba. As the task planning gets under way, Aubrey is strangely quiet. For the men, Clay is not happy with the direction Penn is convincing Dee to take.

Debbie immediately raises $17,500 for this task. Aubrey is frustrated working with Theresa and Dayana. The women go around the city, taking photos for the book. The men go to the roof of Trump Tower to take their photos.

Debbie asks Theresa, Dayana and Aubrey to come back and meet with the graphic designer. But the ladies stay in the city to take more pictures and arrive an hour and a half too late. Debbie asks if there will be signage for this task and Teresa admits she never thought of it.

Penn offers to get The Blue Man Group to help raise money. The rest of the men are also trying to raise funds. Arsenio says since he is no longer on TV as a host, no one he knows whats to help him out. He decides to call Jay Leno who promises to send him a blank check!

On the women’s team, Dayana and Lisa start arguing. Dayana wants to put subway directions in the guide but Lisa is against the idea.

The men start selling their books on the streets of New York. Dee is worried that some of the celebs are selling the books for too cheap. Michael Andretti comes to help them out and has a check or $20,000. The men get other large donors but the check from Jay Leno is lost in transit.

The women start to sell their books on the street as well with not much luck until a fan donates $8000 and then the donations start to roll in. Teresa starts to get nervous though because her big donors have yet to show.

The Blue Man Group come to the men with a  $20,000 donation.  But instead of giving the men a check, the money was places in balloons which were popped, spilling the cash all over the street. This raining of money unfortunately caught the attention of those standing by who started to grab the money and steal it. The men don’t know how much of the $20 grand they were able to recoup themselves. Clay is pissed because the balloons was Penn’s idea. Dayana brings in $17,500. Teresa’s husband and friends also bring in some money.

Arsenio check from Jay Leno is still on its way, but stuck in traffic.

Regis Philbin meets with Trump. After looking at both guidebooks, he will tell Trump which team has the better book. Regis says he has a hard time choosing the winner: He loves the cover of the men’s guide and the fact that they photographed themselves in the New York skyline. He also said that he likes that the women added some personal touches.

BOARDROOM #1 – WHO WAS FIRED?

Trump asks Aubry how Dayana did on the task and she tells him about her fight with Lisa. Lisa then talks about the subway directions which Dayana wanted to put in the guide. Lisa and Dayana go at each other for a while. Lisa says she and Aubrey do all the work for Forte and that she drives the team. Debbie says everyone needs to do more and blames Teresa for being disorganized. So, of course Teresa and Debbie get into a screaming match. When asked who should be fired, Teresa says either Dayana or Debbie. Teresa says that Debbie is not professional and calls her out for her outfit in the boardroom.

Trump says that Regis picked the women’s guidebook as his favorite and women get a $35,000 check from Toshiba for being Regis’ pick.

Penn tells Trump about the money Unanimous lost when the balloons were popped. Clay says it was a terrible idea because a lot of the money was stolen. Dee says Aresenio brought in the least amount of money since his check from Leno never made it. Trump then drops the bomb and says only $14 separates the winning and losing team in donations collected.  The women raised $127,855.00, plus the $35,000.00 Toshiba, for a total of $162,855.00.

The men collected $162,869.00! SO the men win by $14.00. Dee wins all the money for his charity, The March of Dimes ($326,000.00.)

Ivanka assumes that Lisa wrote the book and raised the most money. Teresa says Aubrey raised the least amount of money, $20,000.00. She also says she had to babysit Debbie during the printing portion of the task. Debbie says Trump should fire Teresa because Lisa out-fundraised her and that Teresa was not organized. She adds that Dayana is the weakest link. Dayana tries to speak up for herself and Lisa keeps interrupting her. Dayana gets in that Aubrey was the weakest player on this task because she brought in the least amount of money.

Teresa picks Dayana and Debbie to bring in to the boardroom with her. Teresa says Dayana brought in more money than Debbie. This is the third time that Dayana is in the loser’s boardroom, but she has delivered with raising money. Teresa tells Trump Debbie is trying to set her up. Debbie tells Trump that there was no direction from Teresa as PM. Debbie tells Trump that Dayana should not be in the boardroom tonight because the task was about raising money and Aubrey raised the least amount of money. Trump agrees and tells Teresa she should have brought Aubrey back in the boardroom. He adds that because Debbie brought in the least amount between Dayana, Teresa and herself, Debbie is fired. On her way out, she asks Teresa for a hug and Theresa ignores her.
DEBBIE IS FIRED ON TASK #1

Back in the suite, Aubrey and Dee get into a fight. Arsenio thinks Aubrey she is a trouble maker and wants nothing to do with her. Lisa asks Aubrey to stop. Dayana and Teresa walk back in the suite Dayana says because Debbie brought in the least amount of money amongst the three, she was fired

TASK # 2
Our celebrities meet with Donald Trump yet again for the second task of the night. He informs that that the women of Forte have lost five out of seven tasks so far, so, he is switching up the teams. He asks Teresa and Aubry to go to the men’s team and has Lou, Penn and Dee go with the remainder of the women. Lou says he has been married for 25 years so he can work with women.

The executive of Walgreens is there as well. The drugstore chain wants to encourage people to walk 30 minutes a day and has created an online program with which people can track their progress and interact with other users.

The celeb’s task will be to create a new design for the “Walk With Walgreens” campaign. Alison Sweeney from The Biggest Loser will judge the winner.

Lou and Arsenio volunteer to be the Project Managers. The winning PM gets $20,000 for this task and Walgreens will donate an additional $30,000.

When Arsenio’s new team meets with the Walgreens executive, Aubrey gets right into action and tries to give her ideas. Arsenio tells her that it’s a better idea to listen first to the executives. Aubrey continues to take lead and Arsenio gets upset.

Penn likes having Dayana on his team and Lisa loves Penn. Lisa is not impressed with Lou. Arsenio’s team wants to do a ‘game show’ theme. Aubrey won’t stop talking. Aubrey decides that all the celebs should get their pictures taken in a Walgreens store. Even though Arsenio wants to see the pics, Aubrey says she is not showing them to him because he is crazy.

Penn has another work commitment and has to leave Lou’s team. On Arsenio’s team, he doesn’t like his photo on the product. Clay watches as Aubrey takes over without permission. Clay is not happy. When Eric rump comes to visit, he notices Aubrey taking over. Aubrey asks with a smirk, “Am I taking over?” and Arsenio says, “Yes!”

Lisa comes up with their campaign slogan “Walk and Do It All.” On the other team, Aubrey has come up with all the quotes and Arsenio wants to add his own quote but that does not go over well with Aubrey who wants to be the one to choose them all. He is constantly undermined by Aubrey.

Lisa tells Dee that Dayana has not added anything to this task but Dee doesn’t feel the same way.

During the presentation, Lou talks about his own injuries and comeback.  Penn misstates Walgreens and everyone gets upset. Dayana fixes the mistake. The execs loves Lou’s inspirational speech.

For Arsenio’s team, they do a game show. At the end, Arsenio feelshe had to deal with the worse: Aubrey’s crap. The execs think they did a great job but not sure whether everyone understood the program.

BOARDROOM #2 – WHO WAS FIRED?
Lou thinks his team did well. Lisa does not think that Lou did a great job and said he was “alright” as PM and he relied on her too often. She said he finds it hard to be tough and Trump disagreed. So did Lou. when asked who is right, Penn told Trump he was not there for much of the task so he has no idea who is right. For the other team, Clay says Arsenio was a “great project manager.”  Clay feels that Aubrey brought a lot of ideas to the team but Teresa was a better team player. Arsenio says that managing Aubrey means one has to customize his/her style for her. He said you have to understand she is on a different speed and you have to learn how to manage that. When asked by Trump to explain what he meant when he said Teresa is a better team player than Aubrey, Clay said Aubrey forges ahead with ideas, sometimes without getting permission from PM.

When the other team liked the box created by Arsenio’s team, Aubrey takes credit for it saying to Lisa, “All done by me, aren’t you proud of me?” And Arsenio says, “That’s not true!” Arsenio adds, “Typing is not writing.” He then told Aubrey that she did not write his statement on the box so the “totality” of what she said is not true. He then accused her of lying.

The execs liked Arsenio’s teams box but hated the game show concept because it had more facts than be motivational. Aubrey tells Trump that the game show idea was one of the men’s decision. Arsenio shoots back and says it was very complicated and hard massaging Aubrey’s ego and he hates her selfishness. When asked, Clay agrees with Arsenio’s assessment of Aubrey and says Arsenio was a great leader and made sure the mood was OK. Aubrey starts crying. She asked Teresa if she taught her everything she knows. Arsenio interrupted and said, “Now, she’s a teacher!” Trump said that was a negative statement to say to another grown woman. Donald asked Teresa if she is selfish and she said no, “she speaks fast.”

Donald asks Aubrey if she likes Arsenio and she says “No, not after hearing everything he just said. I actually admired him on TV, I don’t admire him anymore.” Arsenio says he has to kiss Aubrey’s ass for her to like him. After being asked who he would fire, Arsenio says he would fire Aubrey. Paul agrees. Clay also agrees and says moving forward they have to stick with the four players who are team players.

As for picking a winner, the execs loved Lou’s speech but disliked that Penn said a competitor’s name instead of Wallgreen. Joe, Mark and Alison Sweeney loved both teams, but loved the job Arsenio’s team did and they thought Arsenio was a “total stud.” So, Arsenio starts to cry.

ARSENIO’S TEAM WINS! Lou has to bring two people back to the boardroom with him.

Aubrey storms out of boardroom. Teresa asks her if she is OK and she says yes. Aubrey says she does not want to be around all of the negativity anymore. “It’s not the reason I came here. The environment is so unhealthy and ugly. I just don’t know if this is the place for me.” We then see Aubrey get in an elevator. She does not go back to the suite with her team. We do not know if Aubrey has quit and left Celebrity Apprentice. Back in the suite, no one knows where Aubrey is and Arsenio is incredibly mad about what Aubrey did to him. He said they all did this as a team and not just based on one person’s idea. He was also mad that she went to Teresa to defend her. Teresa says she was scared when Arsenio turned angry after being so sweet. Arsenio is having a meltdown and said Donald Trump has worked too hard to take his banner and put it on Aubrey’s “stank ass.” He said when he Googled Teresa to find out what she is about, he found out about her culinary desires and her fashion background, When he Googled Aubrey, he found a naked picture of her with a gun popped out. He then kept saying, “f*ck her.” Man, I think Arsenio is mad.Clay said it best: That Aubrey pushed Arsenio too much and “with Aresnio, once the dam breaks, it is on!”

Lou is shocked they lost. He said he gave 100% and made no mistakes so he should not be fired. Penn said the losing PM should always be fired. Lou said Dee did not give 100% because he wanted to be in control lots of the time. Dee said he busted his butt unrelentingly for Lou. Trump and his son reminded all that Dee is the one that created the box which the execs hated. And that the execs loved Lou’s presentation. Dayana said  Lou should be fired. Lisa said Lou and Dayana should be the only ones in the final boardroom. Lisa said she is superior to everyone on her team.

Lou brings back to the boardroom Dayana and Dee and one of them will be fired. When asked why people keep bringing her to the boardroom. Dayana said she was not assigned a specific task and was lost. Dee admitted Dayana is a hard worker. She said she would fire the PM and said Lou was not creative enough. Dee attacks Lou by saying everyone else gave 120%.

Trump said Penn should be in the boardroom instead of Dayana because he used the wrong company name. He also said the execs loved Lou’s presentation and hated the box which Dee designed.

DEE is fired because the task was about presentation [which the execs loved by Lou] and box design [which execs hated Dee’s work].
