He may have unjustly been fired recently by Donald Trump on The Celebrity Apprentice on a task involving Buicks, but comedian Adam Carolla got his revenge by scoring his first victory at the finish line in the Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race at the Grand Prix in Long Beach, Calif., on Saturday April 14, 2012.

Carolla beat out actor Hill Harper after the two battled for the title in the final laps. Biff Gordon came in third.  Pro polesitter Fredric Aasbo placed fourth. The pro entries started 25 seconds behind the celebrity field in the 10-lap race for charity.
“In my past races, I finished third and ninth, so I expected to finish somewhere between 15th and 18th this time,” Carolla said after he won. “But it’s a really amazing feeling to win.”
