Reese Witherspoon totally crushes on Kate Middleton. The actress could not stop gushing to Ellen on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show about her recent meeting of the princess.
The 35-year-old actress went on the show to promote her latest flick, This Means War, but ended up talking a whole bunch on The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge instead.
“Somebody called me and said we’re having a really small fundraiser would you want to come over and meet the Prince and Princess?” Witherspoon said. “I was like, Yes!”
Reese, like any other woman, had a hard time figuring out what to wear for the big day. “I must have tried on like six outfits. I’m meeting a princess. You don’t understand. You have to be wearing the right outfit and the whole thing. I don’t know maybe we can be friends.”
“My husband just thought I was so dorky. He was like, ‘Why are you so excited?’
Reese said of Kate: “She was really nice. She was lovely. She’s so composed. She seems like such a lady and I think it’s so nice now days to see someone with such nice composure and carries herself so beautifully….Call me. Call me anytime,” Reese joked.
