Gisele Bundchen‘s prayers for her husband to win the Super Bowl fell unanswered as she watched Tom Brady lose the big game Sunday to Eli Manning and the NY Giants for the second time in his life.
Brady was consoled at the stadium by his supermodel wife who went to bat for her husband when heckled by some Giants fans. On her way out of Lucas Oil Stadium last night, Bundchen was interrupted by some classless Giants fans who taunted her, with one shouting: “Eli owns your husband!”
That’s when Bundchen shot back: “My husband cannot f*cking throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can’t believe they dropped the ball so many times.”
That’s funny. That’s how I always defend Tony Romo of the Dallas Cowboys after every excruciating loss. But alas, I digress.
Bundchen was referring to drops which should have been catches by Patriots Wes Walker and Aaron Hernandez, among other Patriots players who clearly did not bring their A game to the Super Bowl. But I guess Bundchen forgot about that late 4th quarter interception by her hubby. It’s still pretty cute that she came to Brady’s defense who is now 3-2 in Super Bowl appearances.
