SHOW RECAP:

Daphne’s heart is pounding so fast because of her brother’s ouster and she tells the group that he was eliminated because people dislike him. 

It doesn’t matter that it’s Valentines week because the contestants still have to lose weight. Dolvett and Bob get to pick one person from each team who will go home with them and that person’s weight will be the ones that will count at the weigh in. Dolvett picked Conda and Bob picked Daphne. The team which wins will get a one pound advantage for the team.

Conda arrives home and announces that she has Dolvett with her. He sits down with her mother and sister to get the down low on Conda and see if there’s another side to her other than her attitude. The explain that Conda’s terrible relationship with her father caused her attitude and Dolvett gets it.

The black team tries to put together a game plan for a successful workout without Bob and they all complain. The red team immediately gets on the treadmill warming up and then continue with their regiment.Daphne confides into Bob that before she went on the ranch she went to the emergency room over 100 times for a heart condition. Bob tells her that they are going to get her condition under control and she is not going to be a burden to her children.

Dolvett gives Conda an envelope containing written inspirational notes from all the team members.

The red and black team have to compete in a challenge with the winning team getting a one pound advantage. The red team won. In addition to the one pound advantage, they also get Valentine letters.

Conda breaks down to Dolvett and tells him that she is ashamed of her life and tries to hide it from people. Dolvett tells her that he understands the walls that she’s put up. He tells her it’s a step and she is going to get over it.

The teams finally get back with with Daphne and Conda. Alison makes the announcement that the red team won the one pound advantage for Conda.

Daphne has won for her team. The red team is facing elimination, the person with the highest percentage of weight loss, Kim, is exempt from being voted out.
