Kirstie Alley: I Will Dance 100 Days For You To Help You Lose Weight

Kirstie Alley has found the secret weapon for weight loss: Dancing!

The 60 year-old Dancing With the Stars finalist has lost a whopping 100 pounds since her heaviest days and has stayed fit by dancing 1-2 hours a day and following the diet plan Organic Liaison.

She now wants to help the rest of us obtain our ideal weight goal.

To do so, on New Year’s Day, Alley launched 100 Days of Dance, a weight loss program which encourages people to dance for 100 consecutive days.”I want everyone to experience some version of Dancing with the Stars,” says Alley. “People don’t have to do monotonous, zombie workouts that are boring.””Dancing is free and you can do it anywhere and any time.”

As part of her plan, Alley will post videos of herself dancing on her site starting this past Sunday and will do so for 100 consecutive days.
