Survivor South Pacific December 7, 2011 showcases our remaining six castaways, including the epic duel between Cochran and Ozzy on Redemption Island.
Cochran arrives at Redemption Island and tells Ozzy that he has been screwed. Ozzy tells Cochran to vote for him over coach and that pisses Cochran off for assuming he will lose the duel. He tells Ozzy he cannot promise who he will vote for and may even win the duel. Ozzy tells him if Cochran beats him he will vote for Cochran to win.Redemption Island Arena Duel – Jeff informs the players that there will be a twist to today’s duel. It was actually an extremely close challenge but Ozzy won last second. As expected. Per the twist, the winner, Ozzy, got to chose which three of the remaining castaways would get the chance for private time with their visiting family member. Ozzy chose Albert to see his mom, Coach to see his brother and Brandon to get to spend time with his dad. The reunion took place on Redemption Island.
IMMUNITY CHALLENGE:
Coach won immunity.
COACH MAKES DEALS!
Coach took Ozzy aside while he was on Redemption Island and told him he, as a Christian man, promises Ozzy a final three if he makes it back to Survivor Island. Then, Brandon’s dad has a conversation with Brandon and Brandon tells his dad that from this point forward, he will play the game as Jesus would even if that means losing the million dollars. His dad tries to tell him that is not what he should do but Brandon would not budge. So his dad went to Coach to make sure he takes Brandon to final three. Coach felt bullied and later told the camera that Brandon is a “ticking time bomb,” as in his time on the Island is tick tocking away!
Edna is voted out and sent to Redemption IslandSPOILERS!!! (obviously, since the episode has aired, this is no longer a spoiler! Was posted before airing)
Yes, Cochran stood no chance against Ozzy who wins the duel! At the tribal council, Coach wants to turn on Edna. Come back starting at 8 PM to see if Edna is eliminated!
