Earlier this week, after Abercrombie & Fitch offered to pay Jersey Shore‘s Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, a “substantial” amount to NOT wear the retailer’s fashion on the show, the company’s stock fell 9%.
The Situation Tweeted in response, “Looks like Abercrombie got themselves into a Situation!”
Though plenty of PR analysts are saying A&F’s statement was a PR stunt, the rest of the Jersey Shore cast are not taking this so well. Pauly D tweeted earlier this week, “Hmmm if They Don’t Want Us To Wear Those Clothes Why Make GTL Shirts #yourPRsux.”
Vinny Guadagnino went a step further, tweeting, “#lasttimeiworeabercrombie I still hadn’t discovered masturbation.” OK, that’s TMI Vinny!
But Vinny didn’t stop there. He also added, “#lasttimeIworeabercrombie there were still stores in NY to buy it at.”
Wonder what the store which is known for its racy catalogs filled with half naked teens will come back with…
