Jennifer Lopez is going back to court Monday (June 6) to continue preventing her ex-husband Ojani Noa from selling intimate video footage the couple made while they were briefly married.

The amateur home footage was created during Lopez’s 1997 honeymoon with her first husband – A honeymoon for a marriage that lasted only from February 1997 to January 1998.

Lopez obtained what appeared to be a permanent injunction against such sale in 2009. But Noa recently found a loophole in the injunction and “sold” the video to his longtime girlfriend, Claudia Vasquez.

Vasquez then received court approval from a judge recently to distribute the film and she claims she has obtained offers “in the millions” from various internet porn sites for the nude scenes.

Vazquez’ attorney claims that the video is not a “sex tape,” but instead 27 hours of various footage which his client shot. There is apparently 15-20 minutes of “nude” scenes at issue.
