Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas scored a 29 on their judges’ choice Samba on the season finale of Dancing with the Stars May 23, 2011.

They danced to Hip Hip Chin Chin by Club Des Belugas.

Below is the video of their freestyle dance – they rode onto the dance floor on a bicycle and scored a perfect 30. Mark and Chelsea’s total score of 59/60 tied them for first place with Hines Ward and Kym Johnson.
