OH BE STILL MY BEATING HEART!

Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn grace the cover of Entertainment Weekly!! BUT WAIT!! So does Jacob (Taylor Lautner)!

The stars of this gigantic franchise tell EW, Breaking Dawn Part 1 and 2 (hitting your favorite theaters November 18 and November 2012) “involved a grueling, globe-trotting shoot, and scenes far darker, bloodier, and more polarizing than any in the franchise so far.”  OOOH, is that supposed to scare me off? HELL NO! I can’t wait!

But is the Twilight audience emotionally ready for the graphic and cinematic horrors the film will portray on the big screen such as the brutal birth of the baby, Renesmee? We all know what’s in the book, but are we able to handle it visually on the big screen? “It’s funny because when [the PG-13 issue] comes up, everybody thinks it’s all about the sex,” Stewart says. “The birth is really effective, and I’ve heard it really hits you in the face. But what it could have been? It could have been shocking and grotesque, because that’s how it was written in the book.” She sighs: “I would have loved to have been puking up blood.”
Read the whole story on EW and pick up one of the new issues of Entertainment Weekly, on stands Friday, April 29.
