Poor Zsa Zsa Gabor. It’s bad enough that she had to have her right leg amputated two weeks ago to save her life, but she now also has to deal with some clueless company trying to promote their product with her misfortune.
Per TMZ, a high-end funeral company wants to send Zsa Zsa a free 24-K gold casket! I assume their generosity could be stemming from their motive to take credit and get some free publicity when their golden product is used by this celeb. Or maybe they’re just really the kind-hearted corporate type.
Except, hello idiots! Zsa Zsa is still alive and doesn’t need your casket, yet. TMZ obtained the letter sent to Zsa Zsa by the hasty company and report that the company’s stated and alleged intention is to “honor Zsa Zsa Gabor” by sending her an “exquisite, handcrafted, pure 24k gold casket” worth $40,000.
Zsa Zsa’s husband, Prince Frederic von Anhalt, is not at all happy with this offer of a premature gift and tells TMZ that he is “going to…have the gold melted to get a nice ring out of it. These are some f*cking sick people!”
