Lady Gaga is on the cover of Vogue’s March “Power Issue,” photographed by Mario Testino.

What does Gaga think of looking so fancy and glam on the cover? She said on Facebook: “They used to call me rabbit teeth in school, and now I’m a real live VOGUE BEAUTY QUEEN!”

Not just any beauty queen, Gaga! Vogue also calls you, “Our Lady of Pop!”

Check out some excerpts from the interview below.

On love for family:

“I obsess about [my father’s] health. I’m very Italian. I call him every day. I ask my mother if he’s been smoking. They are in their 50s, and they still live in the same apartment on the Upper West Side. Nothing has changed since I have become a star. I am a real family girl. When it comes to love and loyalty, I am very old-fashioned. And I am quite down-to-earth for such an eccentric person.”

On how fans make her feel:
“Sometimes, being onstage is like having sex with my fans. They’re the only people on the planet who in an instant can make me just lose it.”
