We love our Super Bowl commercials. LOVE THEM!

They’re usually funny and well-made, better than the ads we see the remainder of the year. And they usually involve lots of babe and beer, targeting their intended audience.
But one company is changing things up. This year, Best Buy has decided to purchase its first ever Super Bowl commercial airtime and instead of busty ladies, it it has partnered up with Justin Bieber and Ozzy Osbourne to start a new campaign during Super Bowl XLV.

“Justin Bieber is the biggest star out there, but that’s not why he’s in the spot,” Best Buy marketing chief Drew Panayiotou told USA Today. “He symbolically represents something important to the brand message.”

Best Buy won’t give us any hints as to the content of the commercial which has already been shot. We will just have to tune in during the third quarter of the game to see.

“Very rarely do you get a big brand looking to evolve into something else.” Panayiotou says, “We want to get this brand to a different place.”
