You will not be shocked to hear that Khloe Kardashian has been fired from The X Factor. The show which has been constantly undergoing a transformation since its premiere has, per The New York Post, asked Mario Lopez to come back next season but not Khloe.
Neither L.A. Reid nor Britney Spears will return for Season 3 either. Demi Lovato’s status is yet unclear though its is likely that she will take the seat next to Simon Cowell on the judges’ panel.
Fifth Harmony, the Simon Cowell created girl group who finished in third place on The X Factor this season behind Carly Rose Sonenclar and winner Tate Stevens, has signed a record deal.
“The X Factor girl group Fifth Harmony have signed a recording deal with Syco Music and Epic Records. Fifth Harmony’s Ally Brooke, Camila Cabello, Normani Hamilton, Dinah Jane Hansen, and Lauren Jauregui are set to take the pop world by storm as they head to the studio to record their debut album.” Continue reading
Britney Spears has confirmed: She will not be returning to The X Factor for the show’s upcoming third season.
“I’ve made the very difficult decision not to return for another season. I had an incredible time doing the show and I love the other judges and I am so proud of my teens but it’s time for me to get back in the studio,” Britney said.
“Watching them all do their thing up on that stage every week made me miss performing so much! I can’t wait to get back out there and do what I love most.
Now, there is some exciting breaking news for Britney fans: Per TMZ, the singer is in “serious talks” to headline a “Celine Deion” type show in Las vegas.
TMZ adds that Britney and her people are talking about establishing residency for the singer in that city with one of the hotels to do a “big, nightly show.”
